Despite contacting their support team multiple times, I’ve received no resolution or meaningful updates. Payment was taken, but no product delivered. If you're in a country without a free trade agreement with Vietnam, think twice before ordering from RealMadrid.com. I purchased a jersey, while the quality was decent, the price was already high. The website mentions that customs fees are the buyer's responsibility, but they failed to disclose a key detail: the product's origin.
Although the jersey was shipped from Spain, it was considered a product of Vietnam, resulting in almost 90 CAD in customs fees. This crucial information should have been clearly stated, as one would reasonably expect the product to originate from Spain. Transparency about the product's origin and potential customs costs would improve the shopping experience.

No order for a Christmas present still after almost a month I paid for express delivery 3:4 days

Shocking company to deal with never use

Après une première expérience catastrophique avec le site de la boutique officielle du Real Madrid, je me suis laissé convaincre par mon fils de commander à nouveau un maillot. Grave erreur !

Commande passée mi-décembre, avec l’espoir que cette fois-ci, tout se passerait bien. Le maillot a mis près de 20 jours à arriver. Et devinez quoi ? Le flocage est une nouvelle fois raté : la lettre "S" est imprimée à l’envers. Oui, à l’envers, comme si aucune vérification n’était effectuée avant l’expédition.

J’ai envoyé un email au service client hier, et bien que je n’aie pas encore reçu de réponse, je m’attends à devoir revivre le même enfer que lors de ma première commande : des promesses non tenues, des procédures interminables et un mépris total pour le client.

Le service après-vente de ce site est un véritable désastre. Il est impensable qu’une marque aussi prestigieuse que le Real Madrid puisse tolérer un tel niveau d’incompétence. Ce maillot était un cadeau de Noël pour mon fils, qui est à nouveau déçu et en larmes à cause de leur négligence.

Si vous pensez commander sur ce site, réfléchissez à deux fois. Vous risquez de perdre votre temps, votre énergie et surtout votre patience. Fuyez ce site, pour votre santé mentale et celle de vos proches.

Je vous conseille les maillots de Man City ou du PSG.

Je déconseille ce site ainsi que le service client ! Une honte ! J’ai commandé 3 cadeaux pour 50€ pour l’anniversaire de mon fils Malheureusement le colis a été indiqué « livré » par la poste mais a disparu Je ne l’ai jamais reçu ! La poste a reconnu son erreur que j’ai transmis au service client puis faire un courrier sur l’honneur pour indiquer que je ne l’ai jamais reçu et malgré tout ça ce foutu club a pris la décision de ne pas me rembourser ni même de faire un geste commercial ! Une honte

El punto fundamental que creo que le falta al Real Madrid C.F.
Es un entrenador que motive a los jugadores y trabaje más la intensidad.
Creo q jugadores de la categoría del Real Madrid tienen q tener un fondo y resistencia espectacular en el campo de fútbol.
A parte una autoridad como Zidane que ha obtenido todo tipo de premios de fútbol a nivel mundial, ayudaría a nivel tanto profesional como personal a juntar personalidades como Mbppe,Vinicios, Bellingham,...etc.
La situación del Real Madrid C.F.
Es que hay demasiado presión a nivel social como laboral en el aspecto de goles,asistencias,...atc. Y debido a dicho problema los jugadores se sienten comprometidos a un nivel de estrés alucinante al llevar el escudo de dicho equipo en el pecho.
Y un entrenador de la categoría de Zidane sabría cómo manejar esa situación debido a que el paso por dichas circunstancias, que solo un jugador de dicha calidad y reconocimiento mundial sabría cómo llevar a cabo una situacion que esta recorriendo uno de los clubs mas grandes de la historia del futbol.
Ancelotti no se queda en una posición inferior, por qué le ha inculcado unos valores al futbol q representan al Real Madrid C.F. Y ha hecho que este equipo sea respetado en todos los países del mundo, pero en mi opinión hace falta un entrenador q se haga respetar en el vestuario y haga saber al equipo en qué momento están en todo momento y lo que significa llevar encima un escudo que ha fulminado casi todos los records en todos los niveles como Zidane.

Pues que el técnico tiene que hacer su papel como profesional porque el y embape están undiendo al equipo .Carlos anchelotti ve que Embape está mal y no da una y no lo cambia . .cambia a los que luchan por el equipo y los cambia como a Fran García ya estamos cansado de esperar y no mejora dice ya va mejorar pero a el se le paga para ser o hacer mejor al real Madrid no para undirlo .tiene que hacer cambios pronto cuando el equipo esta perdiendo no que hacr cambio al final ya para que.hay jugadores que quieren jugar y el no le da oportunidad.

Por favor los comentaristas Miguel Angel Muñoz y Jesús Alcaide están más pendientes de comentar desde la barrera en lugar del centro del ruedo y asegurándose que la res tengamos puntas reducidas.
Son muy parciales en sus comentarios y queriendo agradar siempre al palco.

I placed an order in September and I never received it. On 10.1 it said it was out for delivery, then it was re-routed. I reached out to The Real Madrid and still to this day, no refund. The only response I received was that they were checking on the status of the delivery. It takes less than 5 minutes to put the tracking number in and see it was not delivered. I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

Update: I emailed again explaining that my tracking link never registered a shipment and an actual real person replied yesterday and said they'd forward it to a person in that department to address it.... more progress then a generic reply.
Luckily, my package arrived today and it's the right item so instead of being able to heave a positive review of how quickly I got it in the US (11 days from ordering) I will still suggest to avoid them because reaching a person if you do have a problem is impossible.

-They are terrible-do not order from them. I wish I had researched them ahead of time, but thinking they are this incredible wealthy club with huge fan base, I mistakenly thought they'd have their stuff squared away. Nope.
Placed an order and received tracking link days later. After a week, the tracking link still shows no activity. Emailed to inquire and still no reply other than "we will get back to you...". Called, but can't speak to a human-referred to send an email no matter which choice you make. Chat option is autobot only and no help.
I guess I'll wait another week or so and then file a complaint with my credit card to get my money back (yeah, RM has no issue charging you...).
