I've never had any company offer worst customer service.

- called in and submitted an issue with their payment module after I spent 1.5 hours trying to submit a PC express delivery order, and I spent 20 minutes getting someone on the phone
- received a ticket number
- two days later received an email stating I hadn't replied and that they were going to close the ticket
- I called in again, spending another 20 minutes doing so, and told them I would like to have someone deal with the issue straight away
- they would not transfer me to someone who could actually deal with the issue
- the next day, I received an email saying the ticket was closed due to a lack of response by me

RIDICULOUS

I don't understand why they have a program on where you can collect stamps for every $20 you spend and then pay a little bit more money to pick from a selection of pots and pans but have absolutely no stock and barely ship any stock of the pots and pans to the stores. I was also told by someone at customer service that there's hundreds and hundreds of people waiting for what was outlined in the program.

Too slow. There is no excuse for a booked pick-up time consistently going 1 hour over the booked time. The wait times are ridiculous. I have never had a pick-up on time or correct. Something is always either missing or damaged. I had a pie put in the bin on its side. I did the pick-up for convenience, but I could easily have gone in and gotten my groceries in the time I wasted sitting and waiting.
I have since switched to Your Independent Grocer when I need a grocery pick up, there is never an issue and never longer than a 10-minute wait.

I have been at the store looking for Bacon jerky which I have been craving for over three weeks now and every time I have been there it has been the only thing that is empty in the whole aisle. This would normally make me think that I have terrible timing but I have never had this happen in years of only getting this specific jerky at this specific spot.

The handles on these cooking products retain heat.
My husband has heavily calloused hands, and the handle was so hot after just heating up a can of soup that it almost burnt him. THEY ARE DANGEROUS!!!
To add insult to injury they will not return my money.

Every time I order (instacart), I get at least one item that is poor quality, be it fruit, vegetables, bread or meat. The worst is the so called bakery, if you order French sliced bread 3/4 of the slices are all holes, I'm talking 1/2 the slice is non existent, therefore of no use, if you order buns, they are either stale or once again full of holes. I don't know if it is poor quality ingredients or incompetent bakers? perhaps both. Sorry, going back to Safeway, they may cost a little more but at least you can eat what you pay for.

I came to return two pair of pants. When I bought them one of them didn’t have a tag so I asked the employee at the time if I should scam the same tag. She told me to scam the same tag for the same pants different colour.
When I returned the em I was trying to explain this to the costumer service employee. She wouldn’t let me finish my explanation and she wouldn’t give me her name to talk to her manager.
I said I would like to talk to your manager and she said sure she is my friend.
I found her very rude and impossible to deal with it.

More and more I am seeing multiple preauthorizations for a single delivery order. I received the second one back the same day and 11-days later I am still waiting for them to return the second one.

My Thanksgiving dinner was almost ruined thanks to the rotten turkey I bought from their Country hills store. Thankfully Co-op came through for me when Superstore proved they could care less. Their patronizing customer service clerk was unapologetic and fiercely defensive. The store meat manager, who barely spoke English was no help either. Didn't these clowns receive government funding for freezers using taxpayer dollars? Maybe they should have read the instructions...

Watch out trying to collect PC points. They will rip you off. Scrutinize your receipt to make sure you got everything you were supposed to. My recent experience was supposed to be a bonus 20,000 points for spending $60 at SDM. Despite proving via photograph of the offer AND the receipt, they claim the transaction never took place. Repeated emails back and forth got me nowhere.

I used to be impressed with Superstore’s delivery service, particularly the Hamptons location in NW Calgary, but over the past 8 months, the quality has plummeted. My latest issue, and the final straw, occurred last week. I ordered groceries for delivery, and due to poor handling, one of the pop packages exploded in the Uber driver’s vehicle. The pop soaked my groceries, and while Superstore did refund the items, I had to spend extra time cleaning up the mess on my groceries and front step – completely defeating the purpose of convenience.

I requested additional compensation for my time, but they offered only 20,000 points, which doesn’t cover the frustration and inconvenience of this incident. After waiting for a callback, I spoke to someone who had no interest in resolving the issue and refused to escalate it further.

This has been an ongoing problem – every week I have to contact customer service, and each time, the managers and PC Express staff offer a quick refund or points, but no real resolution. The lack of care is evident, and they seem uninterested in improving. Based on Trustpilot reviews and employee complaints, it’s clear they’ve become too big to care about individual customers. I won’t be using their service anymore.

Westwinds store. Disrespectful. I called for assistance in the self-service. But she served the other people who called for her after me. I calmly asked her to serve first those who call her first - instead of being apologetic - she defended herself saying she is not just standing there, and even kept muttering after she left the till. I did not say she was not doing her job - but to do it properly.

The enlightened ones at the pharmacy took my prescription and asked me to wait 30 minutes and came back saying the medicine is out of stock. Not sure what these scientists look at the monitor for so long and asks the customer to wait such lengthy periods even if there is no one around.

Edmonton Windermere Store consistently fails to keep items in stock. This store used be quite alright for delivery orders. However, my last 5 orders all had many items unfulfilled, with even the substitutions being out of stock on the day the delivery took place. My latest order was for $337 entitling us to the bonus item, with the value of delivered goods ending up being $240! Nothing exotic about the missing items. No offer from store management to make this right, only endless excuses for their inability to carry out fundamental merchandising practises.

Not a friendly place to shop at. Unhelpful staff. They try to sell you food that should be thrown out. Your money is not valued by the company. They want your money and want you out. Disrespectful. I would not recommend it to anyone.

On July 10th I placed an order for delivery to Super Store 3000, lougheed highway Coquitlam B.C on the 11th July. my card was charged. on the 10th $232.24 Charged on July 11th 255.50 (do not know why I was charged twice) Order delivered actual invoice was $184.18 Kept asking for my extra charges to be refunded. On July 17th I was refunded$255.50. Great. But then I was charged the $184.18 actual cost of the invoice. Where is my refund for the 232.24 still not refunded. They withheld $500 for my order of $184 and have not refunded back yet. I am a senior and live on a limited income I can not afford to have $500.00 deducted for weeks and not refunded.

They only care about profits…. that’s it. No customer service anymore because they don’t care.Their produce it such garbage,all they care about is selling their own brand of products cause that gets them the most money,just look at the flyers!!!They are supposed to be a cheaper store because you bag your own groceries, nope!!!!Customers need to keep fighting this because it’s our money that is making them rich, think about it!!

Expensive groceries and gross profiteering aside. Not paying workers a living wage, and making difficulties for farmers. If you buy here you condone genocide, if you work here you're a part of it. stop feeding the monster and thinking it will go away.
