The product was easy to find, easy to look at and when it arrived in the post, was simple to set up as per the instructions given.
Post labels were provided for ease of return should I not be happy with it but we didnt need them as we were very happy with it. Thank you!

I have been looking for roller skates for a long, long time. Then suddenly I discovered this site, and I fell in love when I saw the ones I had always imagined! They ship fast, the products are very good, and I am so happy I found this page!

I ordered a skateboard for my grandson' s birthday, which had been researched by my daughter for me.
I could not believe the speed in which my order was dealt with. I ordered online mid morning and by mid afternoon the following day it had arrived. The communication fro the company was extremely good too.

First time I have used this company, spoke to there customer services, ordered a pair of roller skates on the Thursday, received them on the Friday. I would in no hesitation recommend this company to anyone. They are first class and so are there products.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were a little small, so I sent them back and within a week I had received a new exchanged pair. I'm really happy with the service, and will definitely use this website again.

Very good company to deal with, fast delivery, excellent customer service.. however bad advice was given on the website which meant I ordered one size bigger than my shoe size, when the skates turned up they were huge and had to return them for the size I actually was. The return postage cost me £16! which Rawk refused to pay for, even though the website stated to order 1 size bigger in Roces skates, because they were 'a tight fit'. I think I could have actually fitted into 1 size smaller than my shoe size, not 1 size bigger.. This advice needs to be removed from the website. Overall though brilliant skates, at a good price. :-)

Wanted a pair of quad skates. Had a look at all the companies selling on the net. Decided to go with Rawk because of the many models to choose from and price being a factor. Not having had any dealings with this company before I had a few reservations as it is sometimes a risk buying sight unseen. The skates came, delivered to my workplace, the next day. There are not many companies who will send a delivery to a different address on the first order! I am delighted with my skates and the overall experience of using Rawk will definitely recommend them.

We needed some new helmets for our daughters and the company was very helpful with the sizing and had a choice of colours to chose from. Cheaper than the local skate shop too.

Items were with me the following day as stipulated. Would recommend.
