I bought two pairs of Heely's for my granddaughters and inadvertently used the wrong payment method. Rawk allowed me to cancel the transaction that was incorrect and re-order the right way, thus saving me quite a bit of money in the process. They needn't have done this for me, but they did and that sets them apart from far too many other companies!!

I bought an adult size 9 roller skates and its just amazing. My daughter loves it; nice design and very sturdy. The skates were also affordable and delivery was fast. Keep up the great work Rawk!!!
