I was very pleased with the heelys I bought for my daughter she will love them. The only problem was I wasn't in for delivery and the guy left them just lying at my front door. Anyone could have took them. But overall products amazing.will give you 5 stars as it's not fault it's the courier

I am very dissapointed that my skates still havent arrived and i made my order online over 3 weeks ago, ive emailed the company 4 times and called there hotline numerous times and still nobody is contacting me. They have recieved full payment and ive double checked the address and contact details. im fuming to say the least. i will not be ordering from this company again unless i get some sort of explination.

I ordered on line, chose the delivery I wanted, paid a very reasonable price for the small amount of Grip tape I required - instead of, as with other sites having to by far more than needed - and then received the goods actually a day ahead of schedule. Thankyou

Good experience and great customer service. Great item.

My parcel got lost and when I rang they were great, very friendly and helpful although I have some reservations about the courier they use. He shot off before I even got to the door and had to chase him up the street, he said he was busy and in a rush.

Sent item back as I'd ordered wrong size and got my refund very quickly. Would use again.
