We had a great instore experience, Bilguun and the Team at Westfield Shepherds Bush gave us great advice and talked us through our options we needed a slightly bespoke sofa because of space, I’ve had my eye on this sofa for some years and once delivered it did not disappoint so so happy with it, installation was fab followed up by a courtesy call to check all ok, just waiting for my cube coffee table to arrive which I am so excited for.

Hosna, the sales manager, took a great care of us from the beginning, with her help we have a great quality, beautiful sofa at home now

Customer service was excellent. I had a problem getting a sofa upstairs. As it said on their website, they can get any of their sofas up narrow and bendy stairs. And they really did.
I have now an amazing looking sofa in my livingroom and my whole family loves it.

We had a very bad experience at RAFT Furniture, at the store in Westfield Shepherd's Bush.
After buying furniture for almost 5,000 pounds, there was a misunderstanding caused by different information provided by 2 shop assistants regarding a possible discount.
When we came to finalize the purchase, the store manager Kamil was very rude with us and passive aggressive.
I have no idea of how a person like that has been promoted to store manager.
We decided that we won't buy anything at Raft ever again.
The furniture is ok, although there are some problems with the sofa.

The customer service received from Elena, store manager at Cricklewood was second to none. I found her friendly, welcoming and attentive and she went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted. Her polite manner and helpful attitude made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuinely excellent service and she made a truly positive impression.

Go to another company, the services is not representative of the costs.
We were miss sold our furniture and the pricing was very underhand.

Firstly, we had a pleasant visit to the St Albans store. It was a nice environment and people seemed friendly.

However, when we came to order, the service was not clear or helpful. The pricing was not discussed with us, we were not given clear options of fabric or told the costs of the fabric choices.

We asked the store to draw a floor plan to confirm what furniture would fit. They never provided us with a copy of the drawing but confirmed a 2 and 4 seater would fit. We placed the order based on this recommendation however when we have visited our new home, the furniture we have ordered doesn’t fit. When we have raised concerns with Raft and they will not return our deposit despite this.

They have taken a long time to respond to our concerns, their alternative suggestions involve either spending a further £1000 or having a sofa which is not fit for the purpose we bought it for. I have lost all faith in them and if anything went wrong in the future, I do not believe we would get any help.

I have emailed and called twice this week but with no answer or response.

Bilguun is incredibly lovely, knowledgeable and helpful and we’re super excited to receive our sofa in a few weeks time!

On our first visit to the Westfield shop, we were so impressed by his approach - relaxed but still attentive and very knowledgable when we had questions. Bilguun made the whole experience a joy, and as the first big purchase for our new place, he made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Thank you very much!

We had a fantastic experience with Raft. We visited the team in store at Westfield Shepherds Bush and they were all so helpful.

We were shopping with our two young children and the staff were so engaging with them so we were able to have a seamless shopping experience.

We ordered a gorgeous dining table that we love. The delivery process was very easy and quick too.

Can't recommend Raft Furniture enough!

We ordered the New York Sofa with Chaise from the Westfield White City store - they were so friendly, informative and didn't hesitate to answer all of our many questions.

Communication throughout was also excellent: they kept me informed all the way from the day I ordered to the day the sofa was delivered.

Delivery service was also excellent and prompt, and the sofa was perfectly!

I shall be shopping at Raft for all my future furniture needs!

I was recommended the easy clean fabric as I own several pets. Dirt marks are easily removed and after nearly a year my sofa still looks new.

Wail and the team at Raft Furniture Westfield Sheppard's Bush were nothing short of incredible. They were kind and welcoming upon our entrance to the store and had a wealth of knowledge to share with us at just the right level. We were in need of a sofa ASAP due to our living situation and a floor model was a perfect fit for us. The team was able to understand our need and concern and were able to expedite the delivery of comfort to our new home. I'll always be grateful to the Raft team and will be back for our next sofa + will never stop recommending. Thank you!

I’d like to start with the positives:

The sofa I ordered is high-quality and very comfortable.

The staff at the Richmond store were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Unfortunately, the positives end there. While the final product met expectations, my experience dealing with Raft’s logistics and customer service teams was extremely disappointing.

The day before my scheduled delivery, I received a call informing me that a required part for my sofa was delayed. They offered to deliver a loan sofa, but no timeframe was given for when my actual order would arrive, which I found frustrating—especially as I was only notified the day before delivery. This lack of communication set the tone for the rest of my experience.

Eleven days later, my sofa was finally delivered. However, during assembly, the delivery team accidentally marked one of the cushions with permanent black marker. They informed me of the damage as they were leaving and assured me that someone would come to clean it. My sofa is a very light color—almost white—so I immediately doubted this would work.

As expected, the next day a team came to attempt cleaning, but they quickly realized it couldn’t be fully removed without professional equipment. They took the cushion away, leaving me without a complete sofa.

About a week later, I received an email saying they would remake the cushion cover and send it as soon as possible—again, with no timeframe provided. I asked if they would consider offering compensation for the delays and the hassle, as I had already rearranged my work schedule multiple times to accommodate weekday visits.

Another week passed, and I was informed that the fabric for the replacement cushion was delayed for an additional 2.5 weeks. They offered to return the “cleaned” damaged cover in the meantime. I didn’t reply, as by this point I was tired of the back-and-forth—but they showed up at my apartment anyway. Luckily, I happened to be home, or that would have been yet another wasted delivery attempt.

At the time of writing this review, it has been six weeks since the original cushion was taken away. I still have not received the new cover, despite being told it would be ready two weeks ago. I’ve also received no updates and no compensation for the repeated delays, inconvenience, and rescheduling.

What made the experience worse was the attitude of their customer service team. At no point did anyone seem genuinely apologetic or concerned about the inconvenience caused. Communications felt perfunctory, as if delays and damage were just routine and unimportant.

It’s a real shame because the end product and the in-store staff are excellent. But due to poor communication, repeated delays, and a lack of care from their customer service team, I cannot recommend buying from Raft.

Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

We bought a chaise sofa in February and we have been disappointed with the cushions. They sit proud of the sofa, meaning that you fall off the chaise part of the sofa and it is uncomfortably hard to sit on. This is our second sofa from Raft and we are very pleased with the other one. We contacted customer services and they told us to give it time for the cushions to sink and soften. This hasn't happened, so we contacted them again. They said to plump the cushions. We just want someone to come to look at the sofa to see if there is a fault.

We love all the furniture and accessories at Raft, all a little different. We bought sofas and dining table and love it all. Hosna in St. Albans was so helpful and kept us up to date on everything and had really good suggestions when we were choosing. Everything has been delivered and the delivery team were very professional and friendly when they made the delivery.

Another great experience, welcomed by a friendly face (Kamil) very quick swift service to find a previously purchased item. The glass of prosecco didn’t hurt either!

Bilguun was great at talking through my options and the communication with the rest of the team was always great. Love the sofa now it's in place.
