Had an amazing experience with Raft from start to finish. Hosna, our advisor, was so friendly and helpful throughout. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the process. Our new sofa arrived in good time just before Christmas and we are delighted with it. The quality and comfort is unmatched. An investment piece for sure but absolutely worth every penny!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Raft St Albans for many years, not only because of the outstanding quality and beautiful design of their furniture, but also thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tony and the team.
Nothing is ever too much trouble – they consistently go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery. Helpful and friendly delivery

Raft helped me out in very tricky situation. I was basically scammed by my original builder which meant my flooring was delayed for a significant time which had the knock on effect of me not being able to accept the delivery of my sofa. Raft in particular Tony & Hosna were very understanding of my situation and really worked with me to get it over the line without any fuss or unwanted pressure. I have recently had it delivered and the product is excellent. The delivery guys must also get a mentioned. Delivered without fuss and put together very swiftly - All round very worthy of 5 star recommendation

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience! My mobility disabilities mean that I do a lot of internet shopping and I came across Raft website and was stunned at the furniture as it was so very different from the run of the mill retailers. The web-site is brilliant, showcasing all furniture items in various poses so you can see very clearly what you are buying. Elena was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, contacting me when she said she would (so many dont call back these days!) and giving me clear advice and support with their delivery Agents (Pinnacle). The guys delivering were brilliant too, very courteous, clean and respectful. Well done Team Raft I would certainly recommend your style, vision and brilliant service. She went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was looked after throughout the entire process — something that meant a great deal to our family.

From start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with Eric and Amin at the Richmond store - have just received our sofa and couldn’t be happier with our choice - very comfortable in deed and was delivered as expected within 6 weeks

Ordered a custom made sofa back in April. Sofa was delivered in July, with incorrect fillings, deformed cushions and incorrect feet. When contacting customer services, I was told they were aware of the mistakes but they have hade the decision of delivering the sofa as was “so I wasnt left without a sofa” and that the correct cushions (with correct dimensions and material) were already in production. Fast forward to August, turns out the cushions were NOT in production and customer services had lied to avoid a complaint. Only part of the new cushions were delivered and not until the end of September. Foot stool cushion was forgotten and still missing (it has almost been 8 months since order placed). To add to their incompetence and poor quality of work, the feet of the sofa were installed with nails and scratched the whole of my wooden floor, damaging it badly. Raft is refusing to compensate for the floor replacements, insisting on a cheap repair work that will require sanding down the whole wooden floor (brand new) and colour matching it. Poor products, poor customer service, do not recommend.

Very happy with the level of service and also the personal but professional approach that I received on several occasions when ordering furniture.

Elena was especially great on every project and helped me through the whole process from ordering to buying to receiving the furniture.

The highlight of our experience at the Cricklewood store was the great customer service my husband and I received, Elena, Abasih (apologies if this is not the correct spelling) and Josh made the whole ordering experience effortless, Elena offered her knowledge base which was crucial to our decision making, this was was one of the main reasons we chose to to go back to the store, having purchased in the past, not only is furniture great, the staff make
