I am very happy with the delivery service, and the products on offer are at a very competitive price in comparison to other stores I have seen. After placing my order of dog food on Sunday, I received two text notifications the Tuesday morning notifying me the delivery date and time. With Standard Delivery, my goods arrived on time the Wednesday afternoon. I think the mobile text-notification system is fantastic, and meant I did not have to wait at home the whole day for delivery !

I would definitely be/recommend ordering from them again.

Used for the first time and very pleased with the service received. Only thing that could be improved as it was a bit confusing when ordering the multipack the instructions said to state what younwanted at the checkout but wasn't prompted to enter had to guess where it was going to go.
Order updates were sent regularly and you can track the parcel's journey. Given a one hour window when it will arrive which is brilliant. Arrived on time.
I will be re-ordering probably once a month from now on.

hi this is the first dog food that my dog has eat every bit every time. the delivery was really good a text message was sent to me before it was sent and they asked what day it was going to be delivered. yes i will definately order this again.

I ordered Nature's Harvest, 6 trays of each variety. Great to be able to buy online rather than driving several miles to collect. Was kept informed of date of delivery and even given a time for delivery (although I had not looked at my emails to discover the time until after the delivery). On opening box I found 1 tray had split open, but I used it that day and my dog suffered no ill effects. Reported this to Purrfectly Pets suggesting maybe extra packing in the box might prevent this happening. They acknowledged my email. Will use PP again.

Some good deals available as well as not having to troll around the shops. It's also good that the delivery is free for orders over 39 quid, as you don't have to carry any large pet foods home.

Easy to use website, texts inform when order is arriving. Starlings really love the suet pellets and very good value for money

I needed a particular brand of dog food. Browsed, got it for a very good price and delivered when they said it would come. What's to criticise? First class.

Ordered some items for my new hamster, including a Rotastax Creepy Castle. Unfortunately there were a couple of pieces missing. I called and spoke to a really nice gentleman who checked and called me straight back to say they had parts in stock.
I was Really Surprised when he said he would take them straight to the post office so we would have them the next day, and true to his word items arrived the next morning and now hammy is happily now settled in his new home.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again :-)
