I found this company online through google whilst trying to find a cheaper option to buy wild bird feed. I found that their prices were very competitive and with the quantity I was willing to order was carriage free. I had a text from the carrier (DPD) early on the day of delivery to say they would be with me between 14.39 and 15.39 and if this wasn't suitable to let them know. At 14.37 the driver was outside my house waiting to deliver for 14.39, wow absolutely fantastic service. I would recommend Purrfectly Pets and I would also recommend DPD delivery company.

Monty and Winston and thrilled with their new food, although it was eaten with much gusto, I am sure they found it delicious. The delivery was very efficient. We couldn't be happier with Purrfectly Pets.

I ordered what I wanted one day and it was received the next day. The cost of the pet food was reasonable but I thought the postage charges were a bit steep. I could have waited longer for what I'd ordered so I'd have preferred to have a longer delivery option, at a lower cost, available.

Recently made made first order with Purrfectly pets. Texts received to say what time order to be delivered with the option of choosing a different day if next day delivery not suitable. My order was delivered 5 mins into my 1 hour slot. Great service, beats fighting the traffic!

Great and easy way of getting my dog food. Efficient company to deal with, I was kept informed of every stage, including a specified delivery time. I would recommend the company and will certainly use them in the future.

I recently relocated to London from the U.S. and was desperate to find a way to get my dogs food, toys, new beds, etc but started working immediately and every store I could find was never open hours that I could get there. I found purrfeclty pets through a friend and could not be more pleased! They carry a great variety of options for food, beds, and other pet essentials and my order was received TWO days after I placed the order (on a Sunday afternoon). My order was left nicely in front of my flat door inside my front entry and I received several text updates on the status of my order informing me of deliver date/times, etc and then allowing me to send a text back if that date/time, etc did not work or I wanted to have the deliver sent to a neighbor.

I cannot say enough great things about the website/service, etc including that when I emailed a question (or let's be honest several), I received a very friendly and prompt reply back from a person (not automated!!!), and they also added a formula of food from Arden Garden that my dog needs for a sensitive stomach even though they did not previously carry it.

I will be using this website for all of my dogs needs going forward and am so glad I will not have to take any more days of work to buy my dogs food!

Love it. I was able to buy a case of 18 mixed flavours which no one else will do. Great communication about delivery and free over £39 which, let's face it, isn't difficult. No going back now.

Dealing on line from this company is easy,choice varied and delivery very sharp when completing the order,i would recommend highly.

Last delivery short 1 item, phoned and was told , Yes a credit would appear on Paypal - still waiting 4 weeks now only £1.30 - it is not worth keep phoning for that amount. This delivery this month - emailed that delivery was due Tuesday, waited in all day at 5pm found out delivery was going to be Wednesday! Why email and tell me Tuesday.
I think it is time to look around for a supplier who can do better.
