Dismal customer Service.
I will only order from Purrfectly Pets again if they improve their communication skills.
It's normal nowadays for a company to let the customer know what's happening with their order, but unfortunately Purrfectly Pets don't seem to have caught on yet.
In short there was no information provided regarding a delay in despatching my order till I emailed to ask about it, then when the order was finally despatched there was no information as to what carrier would be delivering, or any tracking number provided. My email asking for this info was ignored. Consequently I had no choice but to wait in all day until my parcel arrived.
The delivery driver confirmed that I should have been provided with the information to track the parcel. Furthermore my phone number should have been provided to the delivery company in order that they could have contacted me should they have needed to.
All in all the transaction was needlessly inconvenient.

Efficient Service
At last I have found a reliable Web site to buy my dogs food. The food was a good price, easy to order and I was able to store the details so that in future I can just repeat my order. My delivery arrived within 3 days of ordering, great service.

Excellent service
Ordered food advised by vets for my dog and also 2 kong balls. All arrived within a couple of days - excellent service. The dog likes the food too which is a bonus and he hasn't managed to destroy the tennis balls yet which is a first!

Great service all round! 10 out of 10.
Top notch company. Ordered 40 suet blocks on Tuesday night and received them on Thursday morning. Very happy with purchase, great price, speedy delivery and good packaging. Would highly recommend this seller.

First time order was all I. Asked for with a fast delivery will certainly use again
I wanted to find a food that my very fussy miniture poodle would eat Also a yorkie puppy who had had her leg amputated and had picked a nasty stomach bug up and was being feed sensitive royal canine Forthglade chicken and rice is very similar and both dogs really love it they clean their bowls up straight away something they never did before I am very Happy with this product. Purrfectly pets - imperfect delivery
The service from Purrfectly pets was, as usual, excellent, however the delivery was well below par, either you need to use stronger packaging or consider using a courier service that takes care with its deliveries. The courier that dropped off the parcel, quite frankly didn't give a damn that the parcel had virtually no packaging left when it was handed over to me.

unbeatable prices
purchased wild bird seed suet logs other suet products plus 2 lantern feeders ,feel that lantern feeder base would be better if they were wider base as birds have difficulty staying on perch to get seed ,speedy delivery would use again and recommend
