Ordered customization for my dress and the dress is practically falling off. I can spin the dress around and my strap won’t stay on my shoulder. On top of that my dress is too long. Alterations are costing a fortune. I emailed the company and because it’s past 30 days they won’t help. I waited for alterations until closer to the wedding just in case my sizing changed. I gave the measurements to the company on how much the tailor had to take off. Wish I had told them sooner. What a scam.

I never received the color swatches. I have written to them twice on their website and they say someone will get back to you in 24 hrs but they dont. I was so happy when I found their website cause I loved their dresses and even at one point said "the search is over, this is where I want the bridesmaids to buy their dresses from!" but now that I have seen their lack of communication, I will not recommend this company to friends and family. I usually don't even post bad reviews but this has been a very frustrating experience; as if brides don't have enough to be stressed about.

The myth vs the reality. This product does not change to match your skin...it turns the same color for everyone. The texture is chalky and does not apply smoothly. Like spreading toothpaste on your skin. Also, do not expect to be refunded despite their return policy. I screenshot the policy the day of purchase...it doesn't match their response later. They said I could return the product for a refund. I followed their instructions but after they received the product (for over 2 weeks) they refused to issue a refund. And they tried to raise their re-stocking fee from $5 to $8...They repeatedly put me off with "fake-nice" emails. Thankfully I purchased through Paypal and was covered for scammer websites.

I ordered four made to measure bridesmaid dresses in July and was extremely careful with the measurements.
All four dresses are far too big and Purbelle are refusing to pay the cost for alteration despite this being their error.

I purchased Model PU04979 for my bridesmaids. Luckily we had a friend that had a sample for us to gauge sizes. I found the price reasonable and I constantly saw deals on instagram and facebook. I would make sure I ordered all the sizes necessary and order all the dresses at once. This way you get the same shade of color. We did wait 3 months for our order which is what was told to us at checkout online. One of the dresses did have a oil stain on the skirt. They refunded the cost of drycleaning for me as it was going to be too risky to order one dress the same hue and be here in time for the wedding. Overall I loved this model of dress because it fit mutliple body shapes and was flattering. I did like that Purbelle had alot of color options and styles to choose from.

Found a design on purbelle that i couldnt find anywhere else, so i took a risk and ordered 4, 3 with custom sizing. The dresses arrived over a week early and were very well made and i couldnt be happier. the custom dresses came labelled for each bridesmaid and fit great! could not be happier.
when i tried to view reviews of purbelle i couldnt find any, but i just want to put out there that they were great, easy to use, fast and the dresses are fantastic!
