Can’t make returns/ disappointing customer service
Tried to return a dress the day I received it because it was slightly too small, and despite the website’s claim that customer service would email back within 24 hours, it took me three emails over the course of two weeks to get a single reply. And even when they did reply, they did not give the address I needed to return my dress. The dress quality was ok, but not worth the price or the time and energy spent. There is also no phone number on their website. I was going to order a different size from them after returning the original, but I don’t know if I can justify giving them any more of my money. My fellow bridesmaids have had similar experiences—don’t give KF Bridal your business unless you don’t mind spending a lot of money and then spending even more money to get your dress altered because you can’t return it.

Faulty Custom Dress Order! Don't Bother!
I am severely disappointed by the lack of service and no replies to any emails that I have sent in regards to a faulty custom dress order.
I’ve had to go to a seamstress only to be informed that the bridesmaid dress is unfixable. It was a rush job, it’s disproportionate and unwearable.

There is a reason their website, FB, and Google isn’t set up for reviews for this website. They’re complete trash. 1) they lie about being based out of NY—don’t be fooled they’re in China.
2) you could send them all of the custom measurements but they screwed but not one, but all SIX bridesmaid dresses.
Every single one of us has to pay the upwards of $250 to re-tailor the dresses. I tried to order a new one but they made it in the completely wrong color. Don’t order from this site or your bridesmaids will all be completely stressed out about fitting into their dresses and having them arrive on time! Multiple of us even paid express shipping and processing and they couldn’t even meet those deadlines.
P.S. since they’re overseas there is no phone number for customer service. You have to do all communication through email.

- THE HOOK AND EYE LASTED ONE TRY ON.
- THE STRAPS AT THE FRONT, STITCHING COMING AWAY.
- THE ZIP WAS RUSHED AND CREATED THE LINING TO CREASE AND SHOW THROUGH THE DRESS.
- WHEN MY DAUGHTER EMAILED THEY SAID NO TO A REFUND BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN OVER 30 DAYS ( DELIVERY TOOK AGES) , EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER BRIDESMAID GOT A REFUND AS HERS WAS AWFUL TOO. STATUTORY RIGHTS DON'T APPLY HERE APPARENTLY !

I had a terrible experience ordering from MixBridal. I am not usually one to write negative feedback, but I wish I had known these details when I was looking for bridesmaid dresses...
My experience started off well - I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses with their deal for custom sizing and free matching bowties. I also ordered and paid for additional pocket squares.
Initially I received prompt communication from them and thought it was hopeful it was going to be a pleasant experience....
1st issue: Some time later, I received an email to say that they could not do the pocket squares - they were not manufacturing them anymore and they offered more bowties in exchange - no idea what I would use them for so I requested a refund (which took months to obtain).
2nd issue: The "matching" bowties finally arrived. They were a completely different colour to the dresses, albeit somewhere in the same colour scheme. My dresses were burgundy, and the bowties were clearly bright purple with no reddy tones. I contacted them about this to which they said
"I am sorry to let you know that our free ties are only similar matching ties to match the dresses. They won't be exactly the same color as the dresses due to the different materials used.
But rest assured, the team has checked once more that men's wear shipped to you was the closest to the dress."
They advertise as offering matching ties/bowties! It was one of the reasons I chose this company because it seemed like a good deal! Just ridiculous. I now have 4 unusable bowties.
3rd issue: "Custom" sizing. They offered free custom sizing when ordering 4 dresses which I thought was a great deal. Each of my bridesmaids meticulously followed their guidelines to provide their measurements (with two using professional seamstresses to obtain the measurements). EVERY SINGLE DRESS DID NOT FIT.
When the first bridesmaid tried hers on, I contacted them to inform them of the issue. They wanted a ridiculous amount of information and several photographs (taken next to rulers to show the measurements at the exact same distance as in the how-to-measure guide with ability to zoom into photos). They made the process to discuss a solution so invovled that I genuinely became concerned about the time and effort that would be required, and just gave up (my bridesmaids are not local to me and the stress of it is the last thing I need right now). Each of my bridesmaids will require several professional and expensive alterations to make these dresses useable.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Such a horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dress for a wedding i am in. The delivery date has passed. I have attempted to contact kf via their website (no phone number to be found, no response via their chat or email) Awful customer service and i still don't know if I will receive my dress.

Awful experience. Ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses, ties and pocket squares all to match. Firstly the order was 20 days later than stated and I wouldnt have know when it was coming until I actually contacted them asking. Three out of five dresses came stained. One was a lilac dress with orange stain on it. I was told I would get £10 off each dress if “I wouldnt mind keeping them”. I was told the orange stain is from the dying process. Two of the dresses were a different shade. After two weeks of arguing saying I wanted to send everything back they told me they cannot fully refund me for the non faulty dresses and that I also had to pay return postage. They told me my refund was being processed and would take up to 10 working days. Waiting 10 working days no refund. Contacted them to then be told there was a “glitch” and refunds havnt been able to be processed.
Totally shocking company. Would never ever buy from them again!

I paid for a bridesmaid dress and paid extra for this to be done as a rush order, this has not been done and I still have no dress despite being asked for the day of the wedding 3 times. I was told the day my dress was supposed to be delivered, that it had not been completed due to COVID, which is fair enough, but you obviously knew before the delivery date that the dress had not been completed. I have emailed copious times to ask what is happening, with very poor communication in return. I have also asked to have the extra money back that I paid to “rush” the order and was asked to be give a date the dress was required, this is a service that I have paid for and have not received and have not received the money back wither. This is also a running issue with the other bridesmaids, as u insist on not communicating effectively via private email, I have had no other option but to put this on social media.
This really is poor service, your company boasts on the website that ‘we are hear to help” this I have found to be massively untrue, now the wedding is in 2 weeks and we have no dresses and I are out of pocket not only for dresses that have not been done, but also for a rush order service that I did not receive.

Do not bother wasting your time with KF Bridal. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. I ordered a dress that was made wrong and they refuse to take any ownership over it. The dress is question has straps that crisscross in the back, come over the shoulders and are sewn into the side of the dress. My dress had the straps sewn into the middle of the dress and was very clearly made wrong.
They told me that their dress was on a "standard model" which is why the dress did not look right on me.
I dont care if you're a size 1 or size 18, the dress should "look" the same regardless of body size because the design should not change. For the record I am typically a small.
Please do not waste your time and spend the extra money to go somewhere reputable.

The return policy is non existent so when you buy from them plan on being out that money even if the dress is defective as they state. We ordered three dresses and two had the zippers break after wearing for twenty minutes. And no it wasn’t because the dress was too small- it was actually larger than it should have been. The third dress was sent in the wrong design- no refund would be given. Company is terrible to deal with, please spend a little more money for better products elsewhere for your special day so you don’t end up with bridesmaids safety pinned together on the wedding day!

I honestly had a great experience. I ordered my gown custom sized and they even lengthened the sleeves for me. 2 bridemaids dress and 3 matching ties. Everything came perfect. I did order ahead to not worry about shipping time and it took about 2 months to receive them. But again they customized my gown for me.
Great Dresses!
I took a risk with purchasing my bridesmaids dresses online, as it was peak of COVID. Luckily, I had a great experience and the risk paid off as I was aware of some of the poor reviews. I chose dusty blue dresses and they were made to measure. They were made really well and the colour was gorgeous. They fit the girls perfectly and came in a timely manner. Communication via email was good too. I honestly have nothing negative to say! Gorgeous dresses!

All 5 dresses we ordered 'custom sizing' but were severely incorrect sizing with too short/long/too tight/loose. Bizarre fittings and customer services very unhelpful. The dresses were pretty but just could not be used. Material was also very uncomfortable.

Luckily I had a good experience. I chose this website because I wanted my bridesmaids to have a choice of design but wanted them in the same colour.
A few tips
- Order swatches. It really helps visualise how your dresses will look. I chose a colour that I didn't expect to choose because in real life it looked lovely.
- choose your own measurements unless you don't mind going to a seamstress. The team also told me that the length on standard sizes is long so I appreciated the transparency.
- Give yourself plenty of time! I gave myself 6 months.
- You can ask for adjustments - my sister wanted to cover her back but loved the front so they swapped the sheer material it looked great but it did take an extra month.
The online team was responsive and they got all the dresses made on the same run so the colour was exactly the same for all.
Go for it if you have time :)
I have never been so deceived or…
I have never been so deceived or disappointed by an online company before in my life. Don't get me wrong, the dresses were certainly pretty and my interactions with their customer service was at the very least cordial, but their return policy is horrible, and quite frankly, the whole thing felt like a scam. I ordered two dresses through their website and I ended up needing to return both of them because neither fit and one especially, was a disaster across the top. Their return policy clearly states that you would get a full refund if the dress does not meet expectations OR that if you do not like the dress, you would at least get 70%. I liked the dresses, they did not fit. The company would only give me 70%. Despite the fact that I explained the situation; I had ordered larges and then the dresses would not even close u. I am not even a large girl. I ordered up a size so I could tailor it down. I wonder what tooth-pick size model they are using that their larges, won't close on a 5"1, 148 pound woman. The customer service agent, asked for pictures to highlight my issues, which I provided, and even with all that, they would not give me my full refund, citing their refund policy which is literally what I described above. It doesn't say anything about what happens if the dresses do not fit, it is just vague enough to where the company can interpret your return reason however they want. This exchange took over a week. And when it was clear that nothing would be done, the customer service agent proceeded to tell me that the dresses still needed to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, not even giving me the extra seven days I had used trying to hash out this issue. Additionally, they do not provide for the postage to return the dress so, I had to spend more money just to get the dresses back to the company which feels like an even bigger Screw You to me. Almost every online company I have ever bought from, includes a return shipping label. So, not only did I not receive my full refund, I had to pay out more to return the dresses and I still have to go out and pay for another dress elsewhere and tailor it before the wedding that I am the MoH of, taking place very soon.
This is literally one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I am normally a patient person, I am very flexible and understanding and the sheer indifference of this company and the manipulation of their own return policy to cheat me out of a full refund is absolutely ridiculous. I normally do not leave reviews, but I made time in my schedule for this. Unless you are absolutely sure and are dead set on a design from their catalog or are okay with losing 30% of your purchase, do not shop here.
I placed a order of 2 bridesmaid…
I placed a order of 2 bridesmaid dresses on Mix Bridal. I ordered Blush Pink. When I received the dresses they arrived in Peach, the label said Blush, however these looked nothing like the blush on the website when I ordered. Peach is also peach, I put the dress up against loads of blush items to make sure I wasn't going mad and I wasn't.
The company have been arguing with me for weeks insisting the peach is the right colour I ordered, then they have even gone on to tell me 'colour resolution' can effect this. I am still being told I can only receive 85% refund when I have made no fault at all. The dresses come up 3 sizes too big and are the WRONG colour.
Do not use this company.
I have yet sent my dresses back with no refund, when I was forced to send it recorded.
Hugely Disappointed
Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience ordering from Mix Bridal. I have 4 bridesmaids and all took their measurements for the custom sized dresses with care and following the instructions provided on the website. However, when the dresses arrived, none of them fit correctly. Some skirts were too long, one too short, one top was massive and the remainder of the tops were too short and tight so they couldn’t move in them properly. When I expressed this to MB they tried to blame my bridesmaids saying they had taken the measurements incorrectly, which I find baffling as all had them taken by someone different so they tried to make out 4 different people got this wrong rather than admit fault at their end. I also expressed I wasn’t happy with the colour to which they said this is because people photoshop or filter their real brides photos, which I accepted but I also pointed out that their colour swatches are unavailable in the tulle material, which could have helped with this selection. I had to send countless emails with around 100 photos of the girls taking their measurements again, as well as the problems with the dresses when they wore them. Even after this they continued to argue, ask for more pictures and then only admitted fault for one out of the 4 dresses. By this point I’d completely lost faith in the company so didn’t want them remade and therefore I requested a refund. I was then told I could get a refund for one, but only 50% refund for the other 3 dresses. I pointed out this was different to what they promise on their website where it says even if you simply don’t like them you can get 70% refunded. I then received an email saying I was wasting time arguing - not exactly good customer service!! I explained I wasn’t arguing but sticking up for myself and my bridesmaids who they were accusing of making a mistake. After lots of back and forth they finally agreed to refund one dress at 100% and the other 3 at 60%. This means I’ve lost £160 through no fault of my own, and as I also had to return the faulty dresses this means I’ve paid £160 for thin air. It also took ages to receive my money back. Thank goodness my wedding was delayed because of Covid otherwise this would have ruined my wedding. It has already upset my bridesmaids and I, as well as ruined the excitement around this part of the wedding. My advice would be if you really want to risk buying from this company, do not go for the custom size option as you have to pay more for this option and then are punished by losing more money when they ultimately get it wrong and you ask for a refund. So unless you have money to spare/lose I wouldn’t risk it. I’m so disappointed to have had this experience and put my bridesmaids through it as well when this is supposed to be an exciting time for us. Certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone after such a horrible experience.
