Absolutely awful. I ordered a sasuke costume and it got delivered to my neighbor’s house and she shipped it back. I email them time and time again if I can get a refund because I don’t have the item and they continue to tell me that’s it’s been delivered.

Purchased a Genshin Impact Chongyun Costume Weapon. Had it shipped to the USA to a friend. Took a while to arrive but they did send a tracking number and were communicative (one star). Unfortunately the sword was completely broken on arrival. Without opening you could already see the box was seriously bent. Procosplayshop did send a partial refund. Hence the second star. I have no idea why they kept £10 from the total cost of something that’s unusable. If it had been properly wrapped and protected - not just a bit of bubble wrap and a thin cardboard envelope, then it would have been a nice item. Expensive but nice. Hence the third star. Such a shame. For the cost of some decent sturdy packaging, the whole thing has to go in the bin, and now no cosplay sword for Comic-Con in San Diego. I wish I could upload the photos of the state of the packing and the pieces of the sword.

Wish I looked look for somewhere to buy from with good reviews. Costume looked completely different from the pictures, definitely not worth $200+ USD.

They sent me a cosplay way too small... should have been a 2xl and then told me I'd have to pay for another one in order for them to fix it. They also have cheap zippers that break..Do not buy from them I wish I read the reviews

Over a week with no updates on shipping. Terrible support which I emailed with no reply. I also did not create an account so have no other way to cancel my order. At this point I am not expecting to receive it at all. Definitely recommend avoiding this site.

I ordered a product from this company and when it came there was a hole on the fabric. I asked about how to get a new one. I have been back and forth with Co via email and they are saying it is meant to be a hole because of the style. I sent a picture and everything! The hole is not part of the style. Any other Co would exchange, no problem. I called my credit card co for them to step in. They said this is a stalling tactic. Do not order from them.

This is terrible business and fake site! Was recommended to purchase from Procosplay but this site is NOT PROCOSPLAY! Scam!

I bought a Star wars Anakin costume with them and the experience was horrible. I bought this Oct 17 and wanted it before Haloween. I payed 55$ plus 13$ in shipping. I expected that with me paying that much in shipping and ordering 2weeks before hand that i would get it in time. After no update on the status i wrote then a email a day later. No response, i email again day 3.. No response, Day 4 i ask them to cancel it, THEN they reply that they shipped it out and gave me the tracking number. When i looked up the tracking number all they did was pay for postage, they didn't even ship it out yet. So again i said please cancel it like i asked before they bought the postage and also the item is still not shipped out. They ignore me for 3 days until they finally ship it out. Then reply saying they cannot cancel it because its finally shipped... I opened a dispute with paypal.. Which apparently since they shipped it they won the case, even though they lacked communication and would not cancel my order. Also the product is horrific, it is garbage and atrocious for 67$. I didn't even get a tunic for the top, its just a bunch of thin fabrics you have to layer yourself to make it resemble the tunic. I am at my last start at the moment trying to request a refund with them and have had no response.

Received the costume,better than expected.

Ordered 2 cosplays from them, one came with a sword. Their site says it'd be shipped seperate to the costumes for safety etc. They never shipped the sword. I ordered again from them, another costume again with a sword. I asked for tracking for the first sword, was given tracking for the second, first sword still never showed up even after the second lot of cosplays did. I emailed constantly asking for tracking info for the first one, constantly got given the wrong information then was told they'd get intouch with their shipping company and see what happened. Had to chase for that as well.

Ordered a cosplay on January 19th, and almost a month later I have yet to receive the cosplay. I have tried contacting them multiple times with no response. If you actually want your cosplay in time I'd recommend anyone else but procosplayshop. Absolutely disappointing.
