The young lady who helped me identify what I needed was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The goods were reasonably priced and despatched quickly. I was kept fully up to date via email. If there was any measure of disappointment it was that the goods then took 4 days to reach me, but I guess this was down to the Post Office who delivered them..

In 2010 I bought my first ProTrolley. I have used it at Spain over a hundred rounds (18 holes) per year. It worked fine, just the wheels have broken. But the service to receive the spare parts and instructions was excellent and competitive.
For this reason, returning to break a wheel, choose to buy the new ULTRA ELECTRIC GOLF TROLLEY.
I was pleasantly surprised with the new design and improvements. And especially with the pneumatic wheels, which on fields with some stones is fantastic. Congratulations to the brand, and especially to the friendly and porfesional staff!

I purchased their top-of-the-range remote trolley and after comparing it with others I have seen on various courses, taking into account the quality of build and price, I would put this particular trolley as a must buy if you want remote control. It also performs excellently as a normal electric trolley with all the up market gizmos such as speed and distance controls.

The team at Pro -trolley are great. My trolley had a crack in its frame . It was easy to return to Pro -trolley who repaired it very quickly but also pointed out some other minor repirs which they completed on a complimentary basis. I had ordered two new wheels separtely and they had the intelligence to spot this , associate the two transactions and good sense to suggest they would fit them to the trolley and check all was working properly . All in all - brillaint service and very helpful support staff.
I love them and it awas the best decisoion ervre to buy my pro-trolley which is fantastic!!

I would definitively recommend Pro-trolley to other golfers, because their after sales service and support is first class. They also continually improve their product to overcome problems golfers have experienced when using the trolley.

Trolley axle broke on the 8th, after three years of up and down hills, had to walk in and hire buggy to complete round. Got home phoned Pro Trolley, ordered new part, payed on line, 10 minutes well spent. Dismantled trolley, part arrived within 48 hours, used opportunity to check all moving parts, trolley put back together but had to ring Pro Trolley for new rubber dampers that fit between electric motor and drive gears as they had worn out. By return of post I recveived were two sets of new dampers with new fittings, Gratis. Twenty minutes and both trolleys were as good as new. Thats after service that really works - three years after original purchase.

the item does not stay on the putter I will have to find away to fix it

I have found the cart to be sturdy reliable and easy to use . The only complaint I would have is that it is practically impossible to read the display even when there is little sun.

I have a remote controlled Protrolley which has been in my possession for almost two years. One of the motors became faulty so I telephoned Protrolley who confirmed my cart was still under guarantee. I explained the problem and they sent out a new motor which arrived the following day. I noted the motor was slightly smaller than the old one but the revolutions were higher. I fitter the motor but it did not work. I tested the control unit and found that there was no electrical out put to the motor. I again rang Protrolley explained the situation and what I had done. Without any fuss they sent a new control unit and a further motor to make a matching pair. My trolley is as good as new now so thank you Protrolley for your professional help and response.

I could not wish for more help anywhere that I had with Pro Trolley. The service and communications were outstanding, especially with Helen, and this was only a small purchase of a charger, but she showed a lot of patience and care. I would recommend them to anybody, not only for their care, but also the products, as I am still using an electric trolley purchased from them about 12 years ago, and I'm sure, the same battery

Turned up within a reasonable time although the amount charged for postage it could have been a bit quicker. I phoned the company about a query and customer service was excellent

i have had problems with this trolley and had to have a replacement battery i also had to return the trolley as it would not switch on still don't trust it fully. 100%
