A replacement trolley battery was my requirement. Not only did Pro Trolley tell me what I had on my trolley bought more than 5 years ago and arrange delivery of a replacement to a remote address, but it all took less than 24 hours. Service excellent!

Bought a back up battery for my Motocaddy S1electric trolley. Phoned Monday and it arrived the next day. The contact at Protrolley was efficient and knowledgeable. Battery working well and would use the company again.

I recently purchased a golf trolly battery charger and the product was just what I wanted. The speed of delivery was outstanding.

I had trouble with a battery due to a faulty charger (an old one). Protrolley sorted it out and sent me anew battery (which they need not have done). I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a spare part for my GT 300D on Thursday 2.40 p.m. And it was despatched at 2.52 p.m. Wow. Not often you get service like this these days. It arrived by 12.30 p.m. the next day and fitted on my trolley by 12.00 p.m. on Saturday. Thanks for such excellent service once again.

This space isn't big enought to tell you how highly I think of the service and staff at Protrolley. OK so things can go wrong and one or two have. But they will fix them or send the bits for DIY, the latter always in the post to arrive next day. My remote trolley is now four years old and when I need a new one, Protrolley is where I will get it. The latest trolley looks a very smooth job so I might offer my old to my son and buy a new one. As I am getting on a bit in years, the remote control is of great assistance.

I bought the Pneumatic Tyre conversion kit for my trolley. Everything fitted and will be using for the first time today. They were simple to fit but an explanation sheet would have been helpful. Many thanks.

Ordered a supcaddy trolley & it was delivered exactly on time.
After the 1st round had a problem with a noise from the motor/gearbox area.
Phoned the support dept & the issue resolved online!
