With ProTrolley you get a good product for a good price. At some points the quality might be better, but it is certainly a decent product with very good after sales.
So all the smaller things I, had were resolved smoothly.
I use my remote controlled trolley now over two years and still love it.
I certainly would buy again a remote trolley. Especially as the newer models have a little wider wheel base, adding even more stability.

The Lite Power Lithium Battery arrived a few days ago and after a couple of rounds does the job of pulling the trolley around much better than the old lead/acid monster ever did.

Very convenient and much quicker to charge. It would be good never to have to call on the gurantee!

I ordered my remote control protrolley online but had a difficulty processing my card online. However, within a few minutes I had an email from their support team and my order was processed straight away. My trolley was delivered to my office within three days and the following day it was out on the golf course doing a great job of getting me and my clubs around the course. The remote control works a treat and is especially useful when you park your bag to go look for your golf ball! also great at sending your bag off to the next tee. So far so good.

I needed a spare part for my trolley which is 3 years old. I was not sure of the part I needed but company supplied a photo of the suggested part by email and delivered the part the next day. I needed one further part, not supplied with the first part, and this was sent next day. Replies to emails were prompt

I was browsing through the webb looking for a new battery for my golf trolley came across Protrolley the battery I wanted was a good price
so I also bought a carry bag for the battery and hey presto it was delivered the next day with no delivery charge , BRILLIANT

Protrolley has given me excellent service at all times. Orders are received no later than two days after being placed. Where do you get service like this in today's market.

Product has not been without its faults, but the company have supported me well with a very high level of Customer Service.

Only 4 stars because I think replacing the axle was not really a job for the novice. it would be helpful if there was the appropriate allen Key provided.

I ordered the trolley on the basis of my playing partner having used one for a number of years and receiving good service with any issues he may have had.
I had been using a powercaddy freeway for a long time but it was starting to give a few problems and having seen the new model I thought how well built it was for the cost.
It was delivered two days after ordering and although I had a problem with the fuse making a bad contact at first it is first class. There needs to be a mention of the fuse in the instructions as it took a bit of finding at first.

If like me you thought you were going to purchase a reliable product that looked like the more expensive brand names, then unfortunatly hold on.I could not recommend the s360 demo model that I puchased some eighteen months ago, out of this eighteen months it has proberly been in working order for only six of those months.
It has let me down on several occasions, one notibly known locally as heart attack hill, the thirteenth hole where I lost all power, and had to manually push the trolley for the rest of the round.
I have had two electronic handle control boxs fitted, and after it became so loud the only way to stop this was by fitting a new gear box and motor.
As I have spent a further £125 on top of the purchase price, on this unreliable trolley which I have no confidence in at all, I went back to the very freindly staff at Protrolley, asking them what they could do ?.
All I was offerd was a new model, with sixty pounds off ??.
If you are looking for a social email contact, then get in touch with Protrolley, their staff are very socialable, but if you want a reliable golf trolley, think very carefully.

Order arrived within 24 hours. Trolley is an excellent and well made article. Received upgrade due to repeat business. Completely satisfied with service and product and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Needed a new clutch for one of the wheels on my GT300 trolley, it was easy to find the part on the website. Ordered Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning. Excellent service.

I orderd a protrolley handle on Monday by going onto there website, It was very easy to find the item that i was looking for,ordered the item and paying for it was very simple.
I had the handle by Thursday which i fitted myself which was very easy to do.
