in time ,a little too much money in shipping but otherwise good supply

Further to my previous comment I have to say that.when Protrolley know of my problem they contacted me and offered to deal with the replacement axles themselves. I sent my trolley on Thursday and it was.back today. Not only that they replaced the handle to the trolley which was damaged (not by them) Excellent.

Having spent many sessions comparing golf trolleys on the internet I am immensely grateful to have selected Protrolley to supply their Ultra model. Fantastic service on delivery and more so for having provided an uprated battery for no extra charge. Was dismayed when one of the back wheels of my trolley brokeafter only 2 years. Replacement wheels were sent promptly but didn't expect to have to replace axle too which I found difficult. Had to ask for instructions.
Hadn't expected wheels to break!!

I found dealing with the staff to be pleasant and helpful and the delivery service and quality of the wheels I bought could not be faulted. I have a CaddieMaster trolley and have had lots of iritation dealing with that company (check out my feedback on TrustPilot). Now my CaddieMaster is running again and it looks better than ever. Great company, great products!

Pro Trolley gave superb service both by email to answer my query and to deliver my part speedily to get me back using my trolley without delay

I did tell a lot of my friends.orderd mon midday, battery arrived next day at 1500hrs.that is very ,very hard to improve on.

Ordered a battery for the remote controlled golf trolley. The staff were very helpful and the product arrived in super quick time..... EXCELLENT.

Having bought a Duracaddy Trolley some three years ago from a sorce that is now no longer in business, I contacted Pro Trolley to see if they had certain parts for my Trolley or parts that would fit, as I had been having a few mechanical problems.
And on the three ocasions I contacted Pro Trolley,they went out of their way to help me with these matters, I can only say that they have been excelent.

I ordered a relatively inexpensive item, a battery charger, at 10.30 and it was delivered at 10.00 the next morning. Fantastic service and would recommend them to anyone.
