I've just bought my third pan, and every time the service has been excellent.

Staff member extremely knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to recommend to suit my needs, including consideration of the weight of pans.
I bought a set of pans and also the Elite frying pan. I have been surprised that food sticks badly to the pan, though I thought I had seasoned the pan as recommended.
Frying an egg was hopeless.
I called in to Pro cook ( in another city) to ask about this. Again I received good advice from staff there. Staff are obviously so well trained and knowledgeable about the product they sell. The saucepans are very smart.
I hope the frying pan’s performance will match up to its high price. Time will tell.

My wife and I only entered pro cook looking for another outlet that used to be in this location. We began to browse anyway and a very enthusiastic member of your team gave us her undividdd attention. As above she was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about your range of products and the relevant levels of quality and price. Suffice to say we bought a set of cutlery and a couple of small items but will return when ready to make our next purchase.

I walked in knowing I wanted to buy a stainless steel pan but little else. I was given some time to browse by the staff (I appreciate that a lot because there's nothing more intimidating than being approached as soon as you enter a store), then Megan offered to help.
She gave me a tour of the stainless steel range and was quick to put me at ease, as well as tailoring the information she gave me to my needs.

I've cooked with the pan a few times and although I'm completely new to using stainless steel, I've used it successfully thank you to Megan's infomation and the care/use guide given when I paid.

Helpful staff

I went in looking for a decent knife set and left with one! The knowledgeable and friendly assistant made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ve forgotten what it feels like to chop food properly! Need to get me some saucepans next…

Well presented shop. Easy to see merchandise. Staff did not jump right on you which is a bonus because you have time to look. Staff were pleasant. Excellent service overall.

The product is excellent, the lady in the shop was not overly helpful until it became clear that I was going to buy, initially she said she couldn’t help me, when I found what I wanted she became very good.
