She showed us three different options at different price points, explaining clearly the differences, which was very helpful. Popped in the shop to see the saucepans I was interested in after receiving an email with 20% off. I assumed it was an online discount and after mentioning the discount I was informed it applied in shop also. The staff were friendly and helpful so I bought 3 Pans then and there.
