Very helpful
Had to return a couple of induction pans that were too small to trigger our oven that were part of a set and Jan and Daniela from the O2 (hopefully names right) couldn’t be more helpful, I thought it would be really difficult and they sorted it out and now I have pans that work and are the sizes I want! Thank you!

The staff and manager here yesterday were fantastic - helped my friend ordering pots for her new kitchen.
