An excellent Pro Cook experience
While early Christmas shopping we made a great discovery at Pro Cook that has a vast range of good quality kitchen products. What made it special was the service we received that was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We came away with some lovely presents.

Really positive and so friendly
Really positive and so friendly! I tried some kitchen knives and the sales person was so knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with the more expensive ones!! Sorry I don’t remember the lady who served me. Great experience. Also the other staff were sweet to me and my dog!!

Just popped in looking for some kitchen scissors.
A lovely lady asked if we needed any help and led us to the right place to look showed us some scissors which were multi purpose not sure if we would have worked that out.
We purchased some bits and stuff the till the young man working with her had moved the payment machine the banter between the two of them was so sweet and friendly.
So nice to see two people enjoying their job
Would definitely recommend this store and will be going again to have a longer look around .

Bought non stick frying pan from elite…
Bought non stick frying pan from elite range. The pan was faulty and non stick was not really working it would stick around edges. when I took it back I was told you can't really fry an egg on its. Its apparently only just for pancakes and very low heat cooking
The till lady was lovely and helped us get another one. Although there is this other older lady working there who initially sold us that pan. She can get really annoying and get her timing wrong. She had just started her shift and asked the till lady sorting our return out if she could go and grab her lunch for later from waitrose. That poor till lady was already so stressed and opened the shop early and she could really do with that old lady's help than being abandoned alone in a busy shop

I went to Procook shop in Kingston shopping centre, the staff were amazing and helpful. Love to go back there and to buy more stuff for our new home soon.
