Very friendly and helpful shop staff. On the surface - very pleased with my purchase but Unfortunately one of the products is faulty and will need me to go back to store and return for an exchange. An hour round trip for me plus parking costs.

Very polite and helpful staff. Was looking for a set of kitchen knives, the man staff came up to me and said they had a set(no block) for £6 in the sale! These are there own knives and extremely Sharpe. The bread knives is wonder . Would highly recommend

I was looking for 2 small saucepans , helped. to unhook them , and pointed out that for about another £20 ish ponds I could purchase the whole set of saucepans , I did thank you for telling me , staff are very helpful , and friendly , recommend pro cook 👏
