Visited Pro cook on Tuesday and was helped by a wonderful representative called Libby.
We purchased, pan set, professional knife set & other kitchen utensils.
Libby took the time to demonstrate all the different knife set, so we could make an informed decision on what suited us best. The same with the pans and other purchases.
Libby was incredibly knowledgeable of all Pro cook products, there was no hard sell and she ensured everything we chose was our decision after she explained all pro's and Con's.
Libby is an absolute asset to Pro Cook. She provided an excellent customer experience, she is patient and it's clear she is passionate about what she does. Can't thank her enough and ass such will be recommending Pro Cook and to seek Libby to all my fruends and family.

Visited Cheshire Oaks shop. Staff were really professional. Very pleased with my new frying pan

I purchased the granite pans as I wanted non-toxic, the sales lady in the shop was fabulous and really knew her stuff! She also stayed past closing as it was just before 8pm when I actually bit the bullet and made the purchase. Everyone that's used them so far in the home has commented on them, "they're really good", "they heat up really quickly compared to the old ones" and my favourite "these pans are ace Mum! I didnt even need oil to fry that egg!"
100% the best pan purchase EVER- so would definitely recommend. 👌🏻👍🏻

I could not see what I was looking for, a member of staff asked if required assistance and was quick to show me where it was and explain features of each option. She stood back, allowing me space to consider for myself. Helpful but not pushy.

The salesman understood what I needed and advised which pans met my needs.

As we have come to expect from ProCook. The pan was very well made and we have no doubt that it will last forever.
The sales lady was both helpful and knowledgably and the product was competitively priced.

Great saucepan, just what I needed. Non stick is great, weight not too heavy but solid. Doesn't convex which my others used to do and really effected cooking. Very happy with it!

I bought a magnetic knife block which was damaged on 2 of the corners and a knife set the knifes are brilliant just disappointed about the damage on the knife block as is is black and the damage has made it white

Went and called in precook in Cheshire oaks really impressed with how the helpful the staff were which means a lot and very impressed with the product I bought

False advertising, goods signposted as on offer 3 items for ten pounds but at the till charged full price.

Staff where really helpful and polite. Also when staff member said she had the same casserole dish and it was good helped me make my purchase.
