One staff member was walking round putting vaseline on her lips with her fingers. I think she should do it somewhere where she can wash her hands!
The tills were a bit chaotic with paperwork which seemed more imprtant. The lady who served me was excellent.

Excellent service in shop. Knowledgable, pleasant , friendly and professional staff who served me.
I did research the item that I wanted and I was directed straight to it. Plus honoured blue light discount which is a bonus.

Great customer experience
Found exactly what I wanted. Staff member was helpful and had a lovely chat whilst I paid. She had a smile on her face and clearly is good at engaging and helping customers.

Perfect Service
We were greeted by friendly staff and given a professional level of service and assistance with our enquiry which led to our purchase.

always visit but noticed they had moved…
always visit but noticed they had moved to a larger store, must bigger and better laid out, we found a table cloth on a display near the entrance and it was the perfect fit and colour for what we were looking for the staff very friendly as always.but as this was the first shop we went in we only bought a pair of training chopsticks with the plan to re visit later in the morning.

Service as it should be
My experience at Pro Cook at Cheshire Oaks was overwhelmingly positive. The lady that initially approached us was highly professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

Purchased salt and pepper mills from…
Purchased salt and pepper mills from Cheshire Oaks. After returning home to N.Wales noticed the plastic cap from under one was missing. Living so far from the nearest store we phoned the store in Cheshire Oaks and they very kindly mailed us a replacement. Couldn’t expect better service than that. All credit to the staff.
