Not so Pro Egg Poacher
I purchased a gourmet egg poacher in store at Braintree,
After 2 uses the tray holding the egg poacher trays has increased in size slightly and does not fit the pan correctly, I think this is very poor quality and returned it to the store. The store would not refund the cost and only offered a replacement or gift voucher. As the tray assembly appeared to be very cheap and not up to usual standard I accepted a credit towards another purchase. As the tray was obviously not fit for purpose I do not understand why they cannot refund. Note I have been using Precook TriPly pans for years and they are great.

A very nice shopping experience
Staff very helpful and friendly. The shop we purchased our items from was clean and well laid out. Although our purchase was a bit expensive, the items were quality.

Friendly approachable staff
Friendly approachable staff.
Staff give u time to look around n get a good look at items for sale and any offers before they pounce on you.
They DON’t ponce on you, they approach politely and check if there is anything they can do for you!
Very courteous- great PR and I would definitely choose Pro Cook again should the need arise!
