Great store and staff…

Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful assistant , didn’t realise there was so much to know about frying pans and kitchen knives, felt really appreciated as a returning customer and will definitely be going there again 😊

Super casserole dish

I wanted a shallow casserole dish that you could use on an induction hob and in the oven. I was shown several options at different price points and the member of staff who helped me was professional
Knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase

I returned a faulty roasting dish as it…

I returned a faulty roasting dish as it had started to chip after only using it twice. I was able to exchange it with a more solid roasting dish at no extra charge. I found the assistant very pleasant and helpful. I returned, as I was only in the area for a day, to buy more items. Very satisfied customer.
