Ordered both online and been in store. Brilliant service from both apart from DPD delivery which was abysmal. Just notification of 15 hour delivery not one hour slot as promised!

I recently visited the arndale store and was incredibly impressed by the customer service! Cam was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and well educated on the different appliances and which would fit my need best. Superb Cookware
Great shop, superb quality items at the right price. Would reccomend Pro cook to anyone looking for some hard wearing, well designed cooking products. Online is great, but the shop was superb for getting a feel for the quality and sizes. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

I like to browse without being followed around a shop.making me feel uncomfortable.that is what i liked about my experience.
