It's really easy to use. Moreover, customer service is very fast and nice. You can get competitors prices in a few hours and be told daily of any change.

Overall still a positive experience as I have a centralized view to monitor my competitiors' prices and the software is relatively easy to use. The customer service is also very quick and responsive. I would suggest improving the accuracy of the software by allowing it to be managed by the Prisync team, as manually inspecting each price lowers the effectiveness of the software for the customer. I would also be interested in seeing the price history of a product however that's on the highest tier of the paid subscription which I find way too expensive ($229 USD/month for Platinum vs. $129 USD/month for the Premium). I would like to see Prisync offer more useful services to the Premium tier as we are already paying a lot.

When looking for a pricing comparison tool, we were welcomed, introduced and given the full guidance from Cagatay at Prisync. He has been incredibly helpful throughout our whole trial period and we have now successfully signed up. Prisync makes everything easy from being able to bulk upload URL's to being able to track competitor products and pricing, and your own. After looking comparatively at other competitor's prisync offers the best price and the best service, that is why I chose them. Not only is the platform easy to navigate but the daily reports and price increase and decrease information is very useful. The Prisync team also has the best customer support that I have seen out of any platform. Any question that I have had has been answered and has been handled efficiently and effectively. I would by far recommend this product to anyone who is serious about tracking competitor prices. It is a real time saver, and game changer!!

I am very happy with my experience. The customer service is quick and kind. The tool works and makes the pricing part of my job a lot easier. The freedom with which you can add as many links as you like to your product isn't something I have seen with other tools.

The prices update frequently and the system tells you when competitors have changed their price. The exports you can make are also pretty clear and easy to use.

Good customer service, effective competitor shopping.

Had some issues with a competitor, but one their customer service members (Mustafa) was able to organise that to be fixed without issue despite the complexity of the job

Very clear overview of price position compared to your competitors via the app or Excel-download
Points that could be improved:
1. possibility to update the product cost, product name, brand and category via the batch import tool
2. don't treat URL's with multiplicator/divider as separate competitor
3. Daily number of price changes (Increased/decreased) -> also split this number per competitor (including link)
4. Possibility to filter on ‘I’m cheapest’ + filter “difference > than X%” to have a quick overview of products you are maybe offering to low

Excellent tool, easy to use.

It can monitor my competitors prices even if the data is in special formats (tables), which was not possible with other tools.

Best value for money. Only missing one feature but that is now available on the higher price plans

A Must Have tool for any business that sells online

Efficient and easy to use competitor price tracking
It is extremely intuitive to use and very efficient.
We only tested the professional version that was extremely helpful to keep an eye on prices but we will upgrade to the premium version as we need it for more than 100 products and also are looking forward to test the market place feature. We will also benefit from the API integration feature.
