Once we understood how best to work with Price2Spy along with thorough training from our account manager Marko we are pleased with the matching results. Price2Spy scrapes across many channels & countries, ideal for what we need in our business, responds to queries along with reviewing our data and prompting us to review our data where needed. Gives our company what we require and great value for money.

We have been using Price2Spy for many years, and have been very happy with the service and value.
We tried a number of price comparison services before settling on this one - it manages to track across channels and markets, which was what we needed.

We find API very useful, as it enables us to combine the data with internal insights, and generate our own custom dashboards

Price2Spy offers a great eCommerce solution with powerful price monitoring tools. Their customer service is excellent, with dedicated personal account management that ensures responsive and tailored support.

Never experienced a worse experience with a software provider.

Prices will be edited on just 1 store, and we shared this with them, they mentioned they will sovle it. And after a lot of time was lost while "looking into issues" they came back and said, nothign can be done, we had to custom write a module to fix it ourselves. In the meantime we had to activate the subscription (so we're paying all the time why they were looking into it) weeks were lost this way for nothing.
They'll keep you waiting, and you will loose a lot of money just to get it started.
You'll pay matching fees, and while they do their work you'll also pay subscription fees. So the slower they are, the more you pay.

Then they'll deliver matching work to you, that will have errors (wrong product, wrong currency, wrong tax settings), and waiting while they'll correct it, will also be paid by... you guessed it: you!

Then there's the customer service lady... wow. Save yourself the headache and development hours and look further.

We have had very good experiences with this price tool. It helps us to keep an overview of the market in various sectors and reports price changes quickly and reliably. Customer service responds quickly and reliably.

I cannot rate Price2Spy highly enough. Yes, their software is unique, incredibly useful, and easy to use, but what has really stood out to me is the outstanding customer service. From the onboarding process handled by Tamara, to the ongoing support from the team lead by our account manager Katarina, they truly go above and beyond with every communication. Really simple to use and great support by customer service.

Disappointing to see that when you want to unsubscribe, it is not possible to do it from the panel. Then you send an email, and then when they decide to do it after several mails, you have to wait for 30 days, as notification is required. In the end they charge you another additional month when you are not happy with the service.
I advise you to read the terms and conditions, as 30 days notification is required, no matter when your monthly subscription ends up.
Moreover the application is useless in the cart, as it only scraps some prices form the article. But only some of them. In the end you have to do the job twice. This the reason why I unsubscribed.

The software is well developed from a market perspective. All functions are there. But most importantly, Price2Spy's support is very fast and knowledgeable. The company has an agile way of dealing with any questions or errors in a fast way
