We reinitiated our subscription with Prisync after leaving and trying other dynamic repricing tools for Ecommerce and boy are we glad to be back with Sanda and her team at Prisync! Fast and professional customer service anytime the help is needed and an extremely quality product. The import export process is incredibly easy and the daily reports generated and sent to me directly makes checking competition and our repricing process so hassle free and most importantly cost effective now that we aren't forced to have teams of people scraping competition prices and repricing accordingly to stay competitive/relevant.

Have just recently started working with Prisync and the application itself is very good. Great customer service to help with setup and operation and received great service from Ercan during the onboarding process.

Prisync is very effective at price crawling and has good solutions to most of our problems. It is an essential tool if you're operating an eCommerce website with many competitors. We have been using them for a year and their solutions are very helpful in keeping track of competitors who try to undercut us.

Whenever i have any issues, their support would respond very swiftly within a few minutes. They are also very helpful in solving some of the problems that we faced using different marketplace platforms. Their captcha beating mechanism ensures that the price capture rate is in the high 80-90%.

Prisync is laid out for easy use. I have found that some of the functionality does not work as expected but the team at Prisync and in my case Ercan has always been on hand to assist and go away and change things. Generally my needs have been understood and met and overall I would recommend, especially for the value.

I am not a number cruncher myself and prisync convinced me that I do not have to be one. The given tools are not many, but powerful ones, which allow a complete price control.

When in doubt, just drop them a line. When a question comes up or I hit a wall with my configurations, the team from prisync answers within 90 seconds to help me out.
The service is incredible. Professional and very well mannered. Lorrine is usually my first responder. She is never shy to direct me to success and if something is out of reach for her, she adds it to the projects roadmap.

A fantastic tool that changed the way we price our inventory. the level of detail it gives you about your competitors and their activity is spooky. Such as proving that two competitors are working together, or knowing that one reacted to our price change...

Live chat support is fantastic, the staff know the product in detail which is rare, and you often speak to the same advisor. Almost always offer a solution on the spot. No need for escalations.

Niggles:
1. Occasional glitches with reports, graphs and pie charts... but always resolved in good time!
2. Certain product attributes, such as 'Product Code' (our SKU) can be set by import, but then only ever edited manually thereafter.

Prisync is a great tool to help manage your catalog of ecommerce products. It automates the job of examining your competitors pricing. Once you've built out your list of products and competitors the daily reports help you keep things updated with ease.

We use Prisync for some time now and we have been using it to track our prices and competitors. They offer a very simple clear interface that's easy to set up and navigate. They also give you the opportunity to export everything what is important for your analysis. Overall I can say: The tool works and makes the pricing part of my job a lot easier.

Prisync saves time since we can track price and availability of large amounts of products without having to manually search through price comparison sites. And doing this allows us to track more products than would be possible by doing it manually.

Prisync is an excellent tool to check the listing availability and stock status of what we want to know from our partners and competitors. Then, develop the action plans with the partners based on the Prisync report. Sometimes, we cannot get the correct information from Prisync, but we can report to them to solve.

It's an useful tool if we only want to monitor certain websites however, the set-up is very time-consuming, especially some websites block the retrieval of URL, then we can't get any info. One advantage is that it sends daily reports if needed so we can see the daily price changes and stock availability but for price comparison, the local websites might be more informative than this tool because this tool only compares the websites we set up, but not all websites who carry the products.

We have run a trial with Prisync and decided to sign up, this was after looking at around 30 competitors and trialling 5 different products, without doubt Ercan has been the best person to deal out of them all, he was very pro-active and helpful ensuring the solution worked for us, the accuracy of their Smartmatch was the best out of those we trialled and the facility to manually add unlimited competitor url's is a big plus.

The price control system offered by prisync is simple and functional and allows you to keep a considerable amount of items under control by viewing the daily excel file that the platform sends

Prisync’s interface is very user friendly and it really helps us to monitor our resellers closely as we are now able to access near real-time price updates. The tool gives a good snap shot of pricing and allows you to track what the market is doing far easier than looking at many individual sites. Has saved time on this for sure. Some issues and time takes to upload products is something that needs work on.
