Poor Quality

Website is okay but a little bit misleading, ordered a blanket for Father’s Day, the quality of printing was not like the review picture which looked really good. The blanket very dark and could not make out some pictures. Cost £43 very expensive for what it was.
I was disappointed with the quality.

Quick and good quality

Customer service - quick resolution of my problem

I contacted customer service after I couldn't get the offer shown on the website to be the price in my basket. I contacted Customer service by email and after explaining the problem, sending a screenshot of what my basket was showing, Albert help and fixed the price for me. I would prefer if i could have just spoken to someone but the email process solved my problem.

Poor quality and tedious customer services

This was my third time using printerpix to create an anniversary photo book. The quality was disappointing. There were white marks on the paper near the binding where glue had pulled off the colour, making it look cheaply done and untidy.

The binding was also very tight vs the design. I spent a long time editing the layout to ensure it had even edges, it was disappointing to see it bound so tightly making it look uneven and hard to see the edges of photos and read the text. I had not had this issue with the previous 2 photo books.

Contacting customer services was also disappointing and tedious. It kept failing to “create the pdf” when I submitted the original complaint on the website with photos of the issues. I was told to use a different web browser and it still failed. Eventually the bot sent an email of my complaint internally so a human could respond. They said the edges being bound tightly were due to my design.

After I complained again and reiterated the glue damage, they said they would send a replacement. It never arrived.

Needless to say, I won’t be using printerpix again.

Looks magnificent

Looks magnificent. We gifted it to our new neighbours whose house was more prominent in the picture than ours and they are well pleased with it. I may buy another copy but smaller in size. I also want another canvas of a black and white photo I have of our houses. Would recommend this company.

Did not receive my order

Did not receive my order, and was delivered to someone else address. no help from printer pix whatsoever. Emailed several times no reply. I’m soo frustrated imagine losing an order with my kids photos and wife. It was a gift for my wife for her birthday. No number to call just email. It was 1 month ago now soo had no choice but to leave this review.

I foud it difficult to manage the…

I foud it difficult to manage the website, this first time. Also, the template is too rigid - it put photos where I didnt want them to be and wouldnt let me shift them. It also put photos across the centraal binding between two pages. I don't think it was worth anyhting like the amount I paid. The whole thing looks amateurish and you were supposed to save me from that.

Qualité du support une fois qu'on arrive à le joindre

Après un premier album arrivé en très mauvais état et un véritable cauchemar pour arriver à contacter le support Printerpix, c'est finalement grâce à un commentaire négatif sur Trustpilot que mon problème a été pris en compte....
Une fois que j'ai été en contact avec le suuport Printerpix, j'ai reçu un deuxième album, en très mauvais état lui aussi, puis finalement un troisième album qui, lui, est enfin en bon état.
Je met 5 ***** uniquement pour saluer l'intervention efficace du support Printerpix et notamment Jayden Ross Mekail Stephen une fois qu'on arrive à les contacter

The four books themselves were OK

The four books themselves were OK, but orders cannot be combined due to 'Printerpix policy'. Therefore I ended up paying shipping four times over, making the delivery cost unacceptably high.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. Once you get used to the tools it is very easy to create a photobook, the quality is excellent and delivery speedy. Couldn't ask for more.

My order got lost, Jayden’s awesome though.

My first order got lost and it took way too long to arrive but the customer service rep I was assigned (Jayden) was awesome. I wish I could review him separately but he was fantastic. I did eventually receive my canvas after it had to be reprinted and sent out again.

Brilliant service from start to finish!

The order arrived ahead of what I expected - so a great start!

Really well and securely packed. When I opened it I was delighted - the slate picture was perfect. Amazing quality and the picture quality and vibrancy was superb. Can’t wait to gift it to my husband on Fathers Day!

Excellent customer service

Second time I have used printerpix and cannot fault the service. First item was exactly what I wanted. Waiting on second but had slight issue at checkout, the ai chatbot was extremely helpful and I even had a follow up email from a customer service representative Jayden Ross this morning to resolve my issue. Very impressed
