Photo printed and framed.

My first experience with having a photo printed, not good.

First print was not straight, they did send me another print at no extra cost and this was ok.

Boarder option - It just a way of the company saving money on ink. They create a boarder by making the print smaller than the frame, this then gives you a white boarder.

Wouldn't use this company again. !!!

The new AI feature is a joy

The new AI feature is a joy, placing photos mainly in order. This saved a huge amount of time. Struggled to apply a voucher and make payment for postage. Jayden Ross on their Support Team couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Thanks to Jayden for getting my book over the line.

Love my personalised calendar from Printerpix

Just received my personalised calendar order, really pleased with how it came out, easy to use website to upload pictures, great quality and very speedy service, delivered within a couple of days. Great to give as a gift would recommend Printerpix and would definitely use them again in the future.

Good Words, But No Working Solution

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, the link you provided in your response does not work. I copied and pasted the URL exactly as provided and was taken to a page stating:

"The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."

This unfortunately reinforces the difficulties I have been experiencing throughout this process. I am repeatedly being directed to channels that either do not function, do not accept replies, or do not provide a way to resolve my issue.

I have responded to emails when asked for information, submitted support tickets, followed the instructions provided, and now attempted to use the link you supplied in your latest response, only to find that it is invalid.

At this stage, I would appreciate one of the following:

A working contact method that allows me to communicate directly with a member of your support team.
A valid link to the correct support page.
A telephone number or an offer for a member of your team to call me so that this matter can be resolved without further confusion.

I remain willing to work with you to resolve this issue, but I need a communication channel that actually functions. I would be grateful if someone could take ownership of my case and contact me directly.

I have retained screenshots of the invalid link and the automated responses I have received should these be required.

Non existent offer click bait.

Couldn't be worse.
Got tempted in by the offer Hardback A4 photo book up to 200 pages for £9.49 ( was £19.99).

After uploading my 33 images and selecting no upgrades whatsoever such as paper type, finish and ink upgrades, the price came in at well over 24 each.
No £9.49
Questioned it with their support and just got an apology and statement that the overinflated proice in my basket was the correct price.
An absolute con.

Completely purposefully misleading offers along with non existent offers.

Wouldn't touch with a proverbial bargepole.

Printerpix lost album and no customer service

My Printerpix order number is 45236423, placed on 30 April 2025 and so far not received. The only response I have had so far has been an automated response through trustpilot as every other avenue leads me into an AI loop of doom. I have been trying for weeks now to trace my order. Check out facebook and you will see hundreds of other dissatisfied customers like me.

The reason I am so determined to resolve this is that this is not simply a £70 order to me. The photo albums were created as an 18th birthday gift for my son and represent many months of work. I spent countless evenings and weekends creating them, selecting photographs, writing captions and designing the pages. The time and effort invested are far more important to me than the money.

Over the past month I have:
Raised six separate support tickets through the Printerpix helpdesk.
Received automated emails asking me to confirm my address, but replies to those emails are not accepted.
Tried both UK telephone numbers, neither of which appears to accept calls.
Contacted Printerpix via Instagram and received an initial response requesting my order number, but no further reply.
Contacted printerpix MD through linked in - no response.
Contacted through Trustpilot and was directed back to the same helpdesk process, which unfortunately has not resolved the issue.

The shipping link provided does not appear to contain any usable tracking information and I have been unable to establish whether my order has actually been dispatched.

I am not seeking a refund. I simply want the albums that I spent so long creating.

Could someone please investigate and provide a clear update on the status of order 45236423? Specifically, I would be grateful to know whether it has been printed, dispatched, or is still awaiting fulfilment.

I will continue trying every available channel until I receive an answer because this project is extremely important to me and my family. I would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.

impossible to deal with

Have a problem with product not being as ordered but its almost impossible to submit a claim for the correct item never mind being able to talk to someone.
