Poor quality across double page photo…

Poor quality across double page photo book spread misaligned badly when I tried to contact them it wouldn't upload jpeg images I took of photo book only pdf which I couldn't then work out how to transfer so gave up

I love using Printerpix for my photo books

I love using Printerpix for my photo needs. I make photo books for my family on a regular basis. Their software is very user friendly. I had an issue with a Groupon code and Jayden Ross was extremely helpful walking me through the steps. Thank you

I’ve made quite a few of these, the quality is great.

I’ve made quite a few of these photo books and I have always been happy with the results. I’ve just created two more but by error made on A3 but mistakenly made the other one smaller. I kept access to the site and have tried to re-set it at A4 but to no avail. I could re work it from scratch but in honesty, it seems like too much hard work when the original is just sitting there on the web site. Oh well. I’ll have to be more careful next time.

Great photobooks... eventually.

I got a very good deal for photobooks through Groupon. The system for creating the photobooks is excellent with the ability to create several products at a time. However, when I came to checkout the discount code didn't work, then when it did, the checkout amount was wrong. After some communication (you can't phone them) that was sorted and the books ordered. Unfortunately, the couriers (Amazon) accidentally destroyed the books just before delivery. After more communication Jayden Ross took ownership of the problem and generated new books for me... Thank-you. I have now received new books which are very good quality and exactly as I ordered.

CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN, Really wanted books for Fathers Day it took me ages to design and I have a voucher from Groupon I could not attach, its all stupid tickets and even when they emailed me and I replied they have never replied ! NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE but love the products need to find a new book printing company

AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE! Charged me twice for 1 order, quality of the product is shocking as well despite paying extra for 'enhanced quality'. currently going through my credit card company to get my money back as their online help team is abysmal

Awful company just cropped the image…

Awful company just cropped the image and took money.
No feedback saying no we cant do this because of x y z type of image. Just take momey, churn out ruined photo and send. Then proceed to their gaslight customer and blame them.

Still trying to get money back 1 mo th later, no father's day present now. Dad is not well dying of a major aortic hemorrhage and im dealing with utter ghouls in the company.

Reply: you clearly are not sorry as you have made zero effort to rectify the issue. I am currently still having a PayPal battle with you over the return of my money you have stolen. You are actively fighting against my complaint refusing to refund me and embezzling my money after your mistake. Then you have repeatedly doubled down on your error.

Beautiful photo blanket ordered for my daughter's birthday, it arrived and was beyond expectation, cosy and the photos are like they have been taken out of the album they are so clear and perfect. I'm sure she will love it.

Memories recorded and presented in a way that can be easily looked through

The book was easy to create and the inside looks good.
Only problem was the top left hand corner was damaged. I tried to report it but it wasn't easy to report the damage. I took photos but they wouldn't upload from my phone. It is a shame as it is a present to my mum and dad. Perhaps the courier service could package it a bit better so corners don't get dented.

Great value great product

Great value great product. So easy to design my own photo book with lots of help along the way. I only buy the standard print in A4 size 100 pages and the results are so good. Must have done about 12 by now and love them all
