Terrible Non existent Customer service

I have used Printerpix for many years, always recommend them, easy to use, good customer service, nice products at good price BUT sadly this is no longer the case - I made a book with no idea how many pages I would need, so started with 20 and added additional pages, got to 60 pages - had spent hours on it, then tried to change my product to a 60 page book as cheaper to buy than a 20 page book with 40 additional pages - in the past, there was a facility to amend the product - 20 page book to 40 page etc but this is no longer available - wasn’t too concerned, thought I’d call the customer service line, there is no longer a human customer service line, you cannot speak to anyone, now slightly concerned as wanted book ordered (was actually buying 6 copies) filled in the online contact email, received a ticket number, told someone would get back to me within 48 hours, unless they were very busy - 48 hours passes - NOTHING - contact them again, via online, as can’t speak to anyone human, told they will put 2 enquiry tickets together and mark as priority, receive same automated message, will get back to you in 48 hours unless very busy, NOTHING, no response, no advice, nothing and it’s been a week - very disappointing- they did initially advise on auto chat, with I assume AI that product could not be changed and to start again - I had by this time purchased an offer for 6 x 60 page books but can’t use it against my original product as it is (according to Printerpix) a 20 page book with 40 additional pages - and to select the correct product / book before starting How do you know how many pages you need until you start ? When you add multiple photos to each page ?
I am so fed up with the lack of support that I am now starting a new 60 page book to enable me to use my voucher, otherwise I would not bother and will no longer recommend PrinterPix to anyone as there is NO SUPPORT/ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sideways portrait.

The website and delivery times were confusing. Only after the order was placed were the timescales advised but they were vague. The courier company was also vague. Although there was plenty of emails with updates.
The quality of the photographs viewing side is good, however the reverse side is very poor, the hanging clip is on the side therefore useless unless you want to hang a portrait sideways. With very rough staples.

Poor quality and customer service non existent

Poor quality and customer service is non existent. I receivef my photo album with somebody else's photos and after 1 week I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me. There is no phone number for sustomer services (no surprises there...) and you "raise a ticket" with an automated service and you get no response at all. Besides the quality itself of the boof, covers and photos is poor . I was attracted by the initial offer which is a bit of a trap becauseif you exceed the number of pages of the initial offer, until you order you dont know how much they will charge extra, be careful... I ended up paying 70£ for a 100 pages A4 photo book, which was for a present and has somebody elses photos in it and I cannot use the gift.... This is unadmissable. I am still waiting for someone to fix it and send the right one. I wish I had known before this company is so BAD. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, and lower your expectations.... I have included my order number in my review, this is a verified review.

I have already posted about how poor…

I have already posted about how poor this business is a few weeks ago (jigsaw has arrived unprotected, no box and bent due to poor packaging).
They replied to me on here (no doubt so they look like they want to rectify the situation). I have contacted them multiple times on the details they posted on Trustpilot in response to my review. They have since done nothing to rectify the situation, not contacted me and not bothered to fix this. A fraud outfit, please DO NOT spend your money with them.

I ordered a canvas for my mother in…

I ordered a canvas for my mother in laws 70th birthday and received the unedited version. Their website allows you to work on the project and update it accordingly but seems to only save the first draft. I’ve subsequently received the wrong order, I’ve reached out via email over 5 times and no one has come back to me!! The correct order show’s under my projects but when you add it to the basket, the ordinal unedited version is still showing. Very frustrating website and poor customer service

Avoid

Avoid. Purchased as a birthday gift and website assured me that delivery would be made in time with a quoted date. Even paid the rush delivery method. That date has now been and gone. No reply from emails sent to them. I’ll never use these again and would advise anyone looking to look at other places first. Also send you lots of discount codes which don’t work or don’t take off what it is supposed to. Very disappointed.

Amazing quality

Awful company!

Awful company!
Placed an order back in May, the 2 puzzles arrived but the extras did not.
I contacted them and a man called Jayden got back to me and offered me a refund for the extras only. I asked to send the extras rather than have a refund, he replied we do not send extras I have to have a refund and I can buy the extras from my local store.
I replied, you are online only, there are no stores!!
Now after countless emails he has gone silent and the extras still haven’t arrived.

Well the front cover wasn’t great they…

Well the front cover wasn’t great they used part of the photo folded over the cover that completely spoils it. Complained several times with no response. Very poor customer service.

Waste of money!!!!

Waste of money!!!!! Do not buy a puzzle here - it’s ridiculously flimsy and not fit for purpose …. It’s not stiff cardboard it’s plastic & awful!!

Don't make the same mistake as me!

Last year I made photobooks using a Groupon offer and had several problems with time left to complete, since my Printerpix projects page was giving conflicting info . Miraculously I managed email contact, problem solved, very pleased with books. So, I've done the same this year but having major regrets and will never use a Groupon with Printerpix again. Groupon are great but Printerpix are the worst company I've ever dealt with - customer support through their 'contact us' page is AI and irrelevant. I'm two thirds through a book and have emails telling me my project is 48 hours away from being deleted, even though my projects page says otherwise. This was obviously too complicated for AI and I'm now being ignored. I've given one star because of last years's book being good quality. Is it too much to ask for human contact? Update - July 3: Having had a reply from Printerpix immediately after submitting this review, I've still heard nothing positive but the email thread has now gone up to 20, which I suspect are all AI since I'm being asked for same info over and over and even getting identical responses. I doubt they employ any humans at all.

I ordered a print for Fathers day

I ordered a print for Fathers day, was easy to do and came withing the stated time. However that's the only good thing about the service I received. The print was horrible, the quality was so poor, looked as if it has been printed on cheap A4 paper by an old office printer, image was stripey the colours were poor.
Try to speak to someone to organise a replacement is non existent, you get emails saying you need to raise a ticket and nothing happens the website is a scam.
All the reply's to the reviews will say is raise a ticket. I would avoid at all costs!!

Awful customer services - only a bot with offers to escalate to a human - three tickets raised no contact. Promised3 days turned into a fortnight and quality pretty rubbish. Not trying to unsubscribe from relentless spam

Thrilled with my photobook despite the problems

I have just received my latest 102 page photobook from Printerpix and I’m thrilled with the finished product despite having a major problem along the way - I had bought a Groupon voucher for the book I was doing but the code would not work. I tried many times then contacted Customer Services, and they have helped to resolve the issues.

Horrendous customer service

Ordered a framed photo of my son, but when it arrived the aspect ratio had been changed and the image was squashed.

The preview on the website when I uploaded the photo did not look squashed and gave no warning that the image would be altered as part of the printing process.

Contacted Printerpix about the defective item to be told that their systems are automated and images may be altered to fit the selected product. After pointing out that their systems made no attempt to warn me if this, and after providing them with images of the defective product, they stopped responding to me.

Ultimately had to start a chargeback claim through my bank. Horrendous customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I never write these , but I would give 0 stars if it let me. I placed two orders, one for Father’s Day and one for a birthday present. Both claimed would be delivered on time with an expensive “rush” ( what a joke) delivery. Still waiting for one and just received one meant for Father’s Day now, 6 days too late. Have contacted the company many times and got NO REPLY. Just asked for a refund and somehow I doubt anyone will respond. Ombudsman it is.
