Bots and bots of problems with Printerpix

They never rushed our delivery through, even though we paid extra for the option. Took 8 days to receive goods rather than the 1-2 days it stated in Rush Option in shopping cart. Resulted in a failed anniversary present for elderly parents. Zero customer service. It's just a flashy website that's supported by bots. After speaking with the bots for a few days, I got a one sentence email (possibly from another bot) asking for my address.. Nothing since. I can't stand companies like this, there's too many of them these days.

Once again

Apart from what was missing the book was very nice quality and delivered quickly, but again totally unsatisfactory experience.

Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with. Customer service is non existent!! Ordered a photo and it came cropped which was not what i ordered. It came with half of the heads missing!!!! Every email and ticket has been ignored. Disgusting to be honest! Just get s response from a stupid AI chat bot. Pathetic company AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!

If I could give this company minus stars I would.
Do not waste your money.
Ordered a picture of the family on a XL canvas for my 90 year old Dad so he can look at his grandchildren everyday as he’s housebound for fathers/Grandads day. The picture arrived and all the wooden frame was broken. I went into my account to complain about the order and wanting a replacement.
Got a response to say my message had been passed over to the bosses and I’ll hear back within 48hrs.
When I went back into my account to see if I’d had a reply the order had disappeared and a message saying no orders have been made.
So they’d obviously deleted it.
I have sent numerous messages regarding this order of £74 with no response.
A disgrace and a con of a company.
Do not waste your money like I did.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company.

My rush order for two photo books that was promised for 9th July ahead of my uncle's funeral/wake, will now not be delivered for another week (and I'm skeptical they'll arrive then). No way of contacting a human - only chat and email going to a bot. Multiple tickets raised with no contact from a human.

I will be requesting charge back from my bank.

Scam company!

Scam! Our 3 framed pictures were not wrapped in bubble wrap and therefore 2 were damaged. The customer service is AI based and absolutely useless. Someone called Jayden Ross offered us a replacement order via email but opted to wait for my green light which I gave straight away but despite this nothing has been actioned and every time you go back on the chat the AI pretends to raise a priority ticket but nothing is following up on.

I placed an order on Tues morning as I…

I placed an order on Tues morning as I was pressing confirm I noticed it had the incorrect dispatch address. I immediately sent an email with the order number and the correct address. I received several acknowledgements via AI one of which asked me for the correct address which I again sent. On the 8th I had an email saying it had been dispatched to the incorrect address. I have emailed again and tried to call ( the number given does not work). I have been unable at any point to speak to or have contact with a person to sort this despite the fact that my email about my address was sent literally 1 minute after the order. I have tried to ask them to send the order again to the correct address. They have the chance to put it right so let’s see. AI is great but not when it’s your only contact option!

Absolutely disgusting that I had…

Absolutely disgusting that I had memorial blankets made and the prints literally fell off and where patchy. Was offered multiple times a replacement but I said no because clearly it's their quality of printing and terrible material. Doing everything they can to not give me a refund. I was also promised a free canvas print for delay postage and never got it . Appalling and do not recommend one bit.

£6.99 for premium paper- feel "robbed" 6 pages for 12 months

Feel badly short changed with the photo calendar I purchased and spent many hours creating. I paid over £30 in total and extra for fast delivery and it was fast, however unbeknownst to me when I selected "wall calendar" I was choosing a 6 sheet of paper doubled sided calendar. Ive just checked the site and the option next to this says singled sided. (£1 more) By default it really should be single sided. Now I won't be able to reuse all the photos after the calendar has finished. What's bothering me too is that I paid an extra £6.99 so that's about half cost of the calendar on top for premium photographic paper- its really flimsy and having purchased many photo calendars from various companies previously to compare- its poor quality

website not the easiest and customer service none existent

I contacted them multiple times whilst doing my 200 page book, only once did someone help. I paid extra for matte finish and it’s turned up glossy, has a dent and front page torn away.

Tried uploading pictures for complaint, on laptop, on phone, using data and wifi, all formats correct and the complaints won’t go through. Went on chat to contact them yesterday and said they’d get back to me in business hours - they haven’t. Same again today!

It’s a shame because I was so excited for my dogs memory book and it’s been so stressful

No quality control or customer service

Wish I'd come here first and seen the other reviews. My project arrived very late and only after a chase, despite paying for expedited postage. The item was a photo book and when it arrived the first half dozen pages were not present!
I've tried to resolve this using their contact page and it goes round in circles, and the project specific help pages don't work. Clearly no humans involved at any stage in the organisation, quality checking and customer service both severely lacking
