I've tried a bunch of other CBD vapes, this is not only the best by far, but it's fairly-priced. Unmatched customer service too. Primary Jane has changed my life for the better.
well there Vape Smoked and caught fire right in my hand luckily I put it somewhere safe to burn without fire to my house or personal injury..

Super great company
Super great company. They were helpful when I made a mistake and bought 3 CBD vapes without the discount code and bundle and they refunded my money. Plus the Product is super great. Nice and smooth and has a good flavor. 10/10 recommend.

Hey Kate!
Thanks for sharing your feedback. The reason we run out of stock is primarily because we are only stocking what we are growing and extracting.
We are selling actual "Small Batch" products, and not just pitching that as a marketing gimmick. This is also the reason that we rotate new strains all the time and we don't continuously sell the same strain over and over like most other brands on the market.
While we make every effort to get new strains online as others are selling out, there are times we have a bit of a cross-over and cannot get the next batch online before the strains are ready. Lately, we seem to have solved that for the most part, and try to make sure that there are multiple strains online for each product type at a time.
Edibles are a different story - we are often out of stock on those because we are not focused on those products since oils and concentrates are what we are known for / what is moving the best for us.

Phenomenal products and customer service. Beautiful colored gold distillate carts that conveniently come in 2G. Highly recommend pairing with their battery. Better quality than dispensaries in my opinion, and the ship to door convenience makes it a no brainer. 5 stars

Been buying different primary jane products for several months now and I can definitely vouch for their quality and consistency. I've tried other brands that don't even come close and it made me realize just how much this company values their products and customers. They listen, they improve. The only problem I have is how much I've had to wait for them restock their thca vapes. However, I appreciate how fast they ship them out when they do have them.

Guava Slushie? We released Tropical Storm in the CBD vapes this week and it is a very close flavor. Not sure if you are seeking THC or CBD though. Thanks for your feedback!

I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. We rarely hear this as feedback on our product. Do you have any previous experience with CBD or THC vape products?

Thank you for your positive review, Mr. Klug!
The taste and quality are solid. Goes very quick though
The taste and quality are solid. I am using these to give up THC though and a 2gram thc cartridge for the same price lasts me 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.... these last like 4 days... that makes them about twice as expensive as THC ones I used too get. So three stars because that seems a little expensive

Hi Alex,
I highly suggest trying our 2G cartridges. The reason the 2G disposables do not last as long (especially when compared to THC oil) is that CBD oil is much less viscous by nature. The flow is therefore more wide open when thinking about the way it interacts with the atomizer and how vapor is produced. It basically burns more and faster.
For that reason I also highly suggest turning the voltage down to the lowest setting and see if that works. Lighter puffs will be necessary for a longer lasting product. While some users would respond to me here and say "Don't tell me how to hit my vape - I like thick clouds." it is just not necessary to get the same effects.
The reason our 1G carts last longer is only because the aperature of the hole leading to the heating element is smaller. Flow is smaller and each hit will use less oil as a result.
If you can tailor the way you use the disposable with those ideas in mind, you will likely find that it last much longer while still getting the results you are seeking.

Hello Debra,
Upon checking, we noticed that the error was made on your behalf - you ordered 2 batteries, not a full disposable with oil. The battery is meant to power our cartridges and has never been inclusive of oil. If you could respond here and fix this review we would greatly appreciate it. We put a lot of value in Trust Pilot reviews, as do our customers.
Also, we are happy to help resolve this issue by exchanging these batteries for you for the proper disposable vape that you meant to purchase. Reaching out to us via email is greatly appreciated before leaving a negative review.
Thank you.
