I ordered two dresses and they were too small (sizing didn't match US sizes). They wanted me to send a photo of myself in the clothing showing how the dresses didn't fit. I offered to send photos of the clothing still in new condition with tags, yet they wanted pictures of me trying on the item "to help assess the condition and offer customized solutions". I told them they were not getting photos with me in them.

Dress was too big and they would not exchange. Only offered 20% off on 1 dress on my next purchase. Why would I want to keep a dress that’s too big and buy a second?? Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Worst quality and customer service. Fit is horrible and the quality is basically none. Will never buy from this scam company again.

Clothing material is very cheap and thin. When I tried to initiate a return due to size not working, I was asked three times for pictures of how it didn't fit my chest. Each time I refused to send pictures and then they said shipping would be costly to return if I didn't send the pictures. They are a horrible, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Not only did it take forever to get here, the clothes didn’t fit. I emailed them to get an RA and they said I needed to take a picture in the clothes that didn’t fit!!! I said they were already boxed up and ready to go and they said too bad… it costs too much too much to ship them back to Asia!! stay away from this place shop anywhere

They give you seven days to request a refund through their website. Then they claim it’s too much money to return the item and they want pictures of you wearing the item if you claim it doesn’t fit. I responded it is unethical to request pictures of me wearing a garment that doesn’t fit. All communication has been very poor as it seems customer service does not speak English.

Can I give a negative review??? Complete scam -they do not refund -they are in China- no intent to back up their product

Spent almost $300 paid for expedited shipping. Says 2-3 working days. That was February 7th it’s now February 21rst still no items. Contacted Margovil and all they did was apologize and say they were working on my order.
Buyers beware

Received a poorly made product that was def tube and not what was advertised. I reached out to return the item, they requested I photograph myself wearing the item, then offered me $4 compensation and said I could keep the dress. It’s complete garbage and I lose out on money by going this route. DO NOT BUY FROM MARGOVIL, they are fraudulent.

If I can rate them negative, I would. Not only did the descriptions not match the dresses I paid expedited shipping for came a month after the event dates ….so i basically wasted 20.00. I argued to get refunded and after 8 months of emails i gave up! Do Not Buy Anything From them! I have over 75 emails. Sending them every week for months getting the same response each time!

I would leave a 0 if possible. The clothing was not bad, decent quality but trying to return them has been difficult at best. They are requiring me to send photos of me trying the clothes on to get a refund. I told them absolutely not as I would decide if something fits, not one of their keyboard warriors. After multiple emails of them requiring this and me saying no, I disputed it with my credit card company and will make sure to let everyone know NOT to order from this website. Horrible customer service experience.

I would rate this company less than a 1. They should not be trading. It’s not fair to consumers. I ordered a dress - it did not fit, the fabric was not what was advertised, poor quality, I requested a return within 7 days and did everything as per their Returns policy and even agreed to pay the shipping costs to return. 6 emails later I still do not have the details to return the dress. They want to offer me $6 compensation instead on a dress that doesn’t fit!!! I said No and will now lodge a Resolution via PayPal . Disgraceful customer service

They sent a small instead of a large. Dress not like the picture. Very disappointed.

I received my order 12.01.25, and the jumpsuits sizing is completely different than what was shown online. The bodysuit was more yellow than nude and the neckline looked like it was cut with bad scissors.I started my return request 12.02.25 within the 7day return window. They requested photos, so I sent the one of the bodysuit. They replied that they needed photos of the jumpsuits not fitting. The red L jumpsuit wouldn’t even stay up over my chest, but sent photos of them barely covering (I hadn’t even walked in it). I explained that the black medium jumpsuit wouldn’t even fit up over my hips and zip, and felt that it would be inappropriate to send a photo of that, but looking at the red large, they could see it fit snug around that area. They emailed back that their supplier requires photos, and I needed to send photos of all items to be returned. Begrudgingly, I took a front photo only of the black medium jumpsuit (with my top on to cover myself) which showed that the jumpsuit doesn’t go up over my hips let alone zip. I also advised that I wasn’t sending a photo of my backside exposed to show that it doesn’t zip. I have never heard of these strict return policies. I then searched BBB., and there are overwhelming complaints of the same issues, and the fact that they don’t issue a full refund, if any at all. There are complaints that they are a scam, which I agree with. $142.64 is the order (3items) total amount After discounts and shipping.
They were avoiding to approve my return and offered $16! I opened a dispute w my CC and was told that I needed to ship it to the following address:

That's right, I had to spend $75 to ship it back to China! I attached photos of my USPS receipt with the tracking number, qr code, etc. Then I get a dispute update that the CC sided with the seller due to "proof of return was invalid". I looked up the tracking, and see that it is going through customs in China...hasn't been delivered yet! I opened an appeal on the dispute result. I'm more less wanting to warn others. I also would like to see this company no longer in operations. I also went on their FB page to write my experience, and they removed my comments, and am no longer able to comment on their page!!!!!

Most horrible company to work with. Do not buy anything from this place. I fought with them for weeks to no satisfaction. Would not take a return unless you send back to China. They are suppose to pay shipping due to quality of products. Meanwhile their place is in New Jersey. Multiple emails to them. Then then do not return any messages. The reason for the return is their products are terribly made. They are not what is on their web site. Stay far away.

Wrong Items and sizes sent. Ordered on 11/20/25 received part of my order on 1/3/26, the other part on the 6th .. the $119.00 boots were a size 10.. I am an 8, the clothing had chemicals on them and had to wash before trying on, They did not fit. all way to large (im a 4) and these were XL, I contacted them and they offered me $16.00 and 20% off my next order. I asked for a return label so I could get a refund and they told me it would be to expensive for me to return them, asked 5 more times for a return address, It was suggested that I give the items to a someone that would fit them. my total order was $385.00 and not a single item is wearable for me.. they refused to provide a return address so I could receive a refund. they have toggled contacting me via email and whatsapp after over a week of arguing with them in an attempt to get them to correct the problem I have reported them. Buyers please DO NOT order from this company.

Do not buy from this company. The items are substandard and getting a refund is impossible.
This company should be more transparent!
