Looking for black trousers, primal seem to bunch all styles together, a lovely very helpful man kindly helped me called Raj, thank you so much for your help today.

Stalked from start to finish by their so called "Security" on a recent visit to the Liscard store. From the moment I entered the store the guard latched onto me and followed me around watching my every move. Absolutely disgusted with the way I witnessed this intimidating behavior.
Their "contract security firm" is doing them no favors, as they seem to be trained to follow customers in the most obvious and intrusive way possible, appearing at the end of every aisle.
It got to the point where I had to leave the store as I felt that uncomfortable browsing whilst someone was watching over my shoulder. And even then I was given one last "scowl" as he scanned the shopping mall where I was waiting outside for my family to complete their purchase.
I feel sorry for any female customers who may be unknowingly subjected to this kind of stalking and harassment. I dread to think how close up and personal these people get in the CCTV room.
Definitely a store I will be sure to avoid in future!
Communication to CS failed, they wanted receipts and date / times to pass on to these people!

Having items as click and collect exclusive in primark uk is a joke. Just because an item is too niche means it’s not important enough to go out on shelves. Ireland Pennys (primark) does not have a click and collect option so we just have no way of getting these items because primark deems them as not important enough when people are very clearly asking for them in the first place. Irish Pennys is the original company I don’t understand why we can’t also get these items

Very disappointing experience at Primark Harrow town centre on 1 September 2026, around 4:00–4:15 PM. My wife was unaware that she needed to take a token before entering the fitting room. The staff member supervising the area was busy chatting and did not advise her. When my wife came out, she was stopped and questioned in front of other customers while the staff checked the tags, which left her feeling embarrassed and very upset.
The situation could have been handled politely and respectfully. Very poor customer service, and the staff clearly need better customer service training. We will not be going back to Primark Harrow and would not recommend this store.

Customer Service...what Customer Service????? I use shops where if I have any issues I can be assured that they will address my concerns. Unfortunately that does not apply to Primark..I wanted to enter their draw with my number at the bottom of my receipt with a chance to win £100....tried TEN times to enter my nimber and it kept rejecting it so I gave up....put a complaint through on their form and today got a reply NOT addressing what I'd asked just giving me the particulars of how the draw works and how you can find names of the winners. Nothing addressing my problem. Thank you Primark your
Customer Service is NOT Customer Service

My advice is don't do it, Horrendous service!! . I paid for the item and was told it would be in store within two days, i received messages daily to say the item was delayed to the point i no longer needed the item. When the item eventually arrives at the store i will have to return it. So this was a complete waste of time.

I visited the Clydebank store and went through self check out my bag flagged to be searched which was fine the woman emptied my bag by turning it upside down and proceeded to check it and throwing the items in the bag not even having the decency to fold them which then meant I had to take them back out and fold them it was a disgrace checking bags is routine but there is a way to do it and this wasn't the way

Primark Camberley are shocking. So horrible to deal with, I have arthritis so unable to open gift cards. The supervisor on the service tills well I think she was a supervisor as the cashier asked for her help was so unhelpful and grumpy. It felt like she told me off for bending my gift card and when I said your college opened it as I have arthris and can’t do it. She just looked at me and shrugged when I asked can’t you just enter the number she flatly said no and walked off. I will never step foot in that place again HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I went in to purchase outfits for my 1 year old son there wasn’t 1 outfit for him most of the baby section is for girls I needed 9-12 or 12-18 months and there was literally nothing shame on you primark won’t be shopping here anymore

Primark Cremona, aperto da poco. Sono entrata settimana scorsa per curiosità, essendo già cliente di quello di Brescia. Negozio non molto grande ma carino, cercavo degli abiti di mezza stagione e fortunatamente li ho trovati, ringrazio la commessa Stefania che mi ha seguito e consigliato sui miei acquisti. Speriamo non fallisca come i negozi del centro città.

Made two purchases today long silk shirt, cotton check jacket ,top of fashion , very reasonable prices , I'm a fashionable lady or 83 yrs look more 70 yrs who can still wear very fashionable clothes but on a budget , come on primark we're still here wanting to look good and you have the clothes to do this , keep up the good work ,

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review like this before, but the way we were spoken to by Alan, the manager, at Primark BASILDON was completely unacceptable.

We were trying to use a staff discount when
purchasing clothes, but there was an issue with the app. We explained the situation, showed payslips as proof of employment, and were more than willing to resolve the issue. From the very beginning, however, Alan approached us in an extremely rude, defensive and confrontational manner, practically shouting at us while repeatedly telling us that “store policy” meant the discount could not be used.

The issue itself was never the problem. If Alan had simply explained the policy calmly and respectfully, we would have completely understood and paid for our shopping without the discount. It was his attitude and the way he chose to speak to us that was completely unnecessary.

I’ve worked in customer service myself for four years, and I would never dream of speaking to a customer in the way we were spoken to. Being in a customer-facing role means treating people with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy you are or what kind of day you’re having. Customers should not be made to feel like they are inconveniencing you or personally costing you money.

I also had the confidence to speak up about the way we were treated, but not everyone does. There may be customers who are more vulnerable, anxious or simply uncomfortable with confrontation who would just have to stand there and accept being spoken to like that. That is not okay.

Alan’s behaviour completely overshadowed what should have been a straightforward interaction. Primark needs to seriously consider whether this is the standard of customer service it wants its managers to provide.

The policy wasn’t the issue. The disrespectful attitude was. Do better, Primark.

Mega schade das es keinen Online Shop gibt da würde ich nur bestellen für meine Kinder da es bei uns in der Nähe keinen gibt. Sollte sich eventuell mal überlegen ob man so etwas nicht doch anbietet. Würde viel mehr einbringen da man dann auch bestellen kann.

AVOID THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE - I wish I read the reviews before I let my nephews and niece use this service. Orders were completed and payments made, and was supposed to go to store to collect stuff 2 days later. Then got an email that the delivery was delayed. 2 days later, went to the store to check. System said the goods had not been delivered. Staff checked and found the items, but the computer will not let them hand it over. Some payment issues. I emailed the customer services, provided all the information they wanted. Got further email saying the goods were on their way, few hours later, another email that there was a delay. Went to the store 2 days later, and goods still not showing as delivered but they were physically there in the store. As I was travelling, ended up cancelling the order, and now waiting for a refund. I bet that takes ages to process.

Nikira at sawgrass mall ia cashier who needs to be doing something else. I was complaining about not having bags as always forcing the clients to buy the $5 dollars ones. And she start laughing like it was not on my right to carry my items like a decent customer. Unacceptable from the company to have such small bags so clients HAVE to buy the reusable ones.

Absolute gutter of a place. What a shitty dump. Rude and clueless staff, and the customers who come there are not far behind. Went there to try out a shirt that was blue. The dumb staffer, who could barely speak English and did not understand what shirt sizes meant, gave me a white shirt to try on instead. When I pointed it out, security was called. What a shithole. Will NEVER go there again!

I bought a top which itched after 2, hours of wearing it. I travelled to Primark in Plymouth to purchase another as it was such a great top
The duty manager was amazing she went over and above to replace the damaged top with another and I also bought another Excellent customer service.you were bloody amazing xx

Primarkt Ingolstadt, unfassbar unverschämt! Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei kleinen Hunden drinnen, draußen war es über 30 Grad ( Hunde konnten nicht daheim bleiben), hat uns aufs äußere vereidigt, was wir hier zu suchen haben mit "dehne". Ich habe ihm dann meine Shirs, die ich kaufen wollte gegen, er hat sie nicht anfassen wollen und ich soll sie gefälligst aufräumen. Ich war immer mit meinem Hund bei Primarkt, heute war es zum letzte Mal! Wir sind 5 Mädels, alle werden nicht mehr kommen. Besser so. Nie wieder Primarkt!!!!!
