I was at Primark Coventry to visit my child who is at University there and needed some extra sports wear. As I was in a hurry because I needed to catch a train, I approached a member of staff to ask for assistance. Vanessa was so helpful and efficient, she helped me locate the items which I was looking for in no time. I hope that her supervisor will be able to share this compliment with her. Many thanks.

Bad clothes barely any girl kids stuff ages 10-11

My orders are normally late, something is broken or missing and I then have to pay out more in travel and parking to return it to the store! This time I ordered the pumpkin casserole dish and they only delivered the lid…really poor!

PRIMARK BROMLEY, London - Went in to buy new bra’s - their fitting room on the same floor was permanently closed so I went to the second floor as per the sign only to find they were closed too. I then had to go to the ground floor fitting rooms - this is unacceptable- I had a baby with me and if needed to try other items I would have to go all the way back up and then down again for the fitting room - found out they are very short staffed for anyone to be on the fitting rooms on the other floors - horrible service experience today

Sehr unfreundliche junge Männer an der Kasse. Kein guten Morgen und meine Karte ging nicht bei 2 mal versuchen, kann ich nichts für. Dann tuscheln über mich und wünschen mir einen schlechten Tag. Habe ich noch nie erlebt. Mann weiß nicht was mit manchen Menschen nicht stimmt. Oder was andere für eine last tragen. Traurig so behandelt zu werden. Bin immer gerne dort rein. Ja jetzt nicht mehr.

Mi è stato addebitato un doppio pagamento per un problema loro in cassa e sono due mesi che attendo un rimborso mai arrivato!
Telefonate e mail non sono servite a nulla! L’ultima volta mi è stato risposto che il mio modulo si era perso tra le mail!

Ich war total sauer , dass ich nicht in eine Umkleidekabine gelassen wurde mit 2 Strickjacken und 2 Westen. Nach Aufforderung, dass ich das in der Kabine probieren wollte, wurde mir gesagt , dass könnte ich im Laden machen , dafür wären die Kabinen nicht vorgesehen.
Nach nochmaliger Nachfrage nach der Kabine bekam ich die Antwort, dass sind die Regeln hier im Markt. Tja, Zugang zur Kabine verweigert .Mich habt ihr als Kundin verloren . Frechheit , wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird.

Very disappointed- have placed 3 click & collect orders with Primark and all 3 had issues and being refunded.

What is the point of offering a service that does not work.

Went in to shop. At the tills I was directed to the 'cash only' tills, of which, only till was opened! The shopper at the till was having a conversation with the till operator, and eventually paid by card, whilst 5 of us were waiting to pay cash.
The 'card only' tills had one person, but there were at least 4 empty tills. There was even a self-service till, but presumably that too was card only.
I decided that, if this is the way they operate, I would shop elsewhere. And I did.

I got a dry shampoo and it went EVERYWHERE all over my carpet the lip broke and powder went everywhere thanks primark for ruining my new grey carpet x

I decided not to buy a bag because i literally live upstairs and the security guy started eying me and people looking at me and made it look like I stole something. Thank god i had the receipt. Unacceptable, made me feel so uncomfortable and even racially profiled. I crossed the street and looked back, he was still looking at me. I am a respectable woman in my 30s I don’t think i look like a thief!

Stop placing damaged items from changing rooms back onto resale. Not everyone goes to try items on in store. If you take said item back you cannot exchange or refund as the customer has no proof. To the cashier who stated that items are checked at till accordingly and marked down rubbish. Non of staff check items at till. How does that work at self service tills. To the Cashier at till well done for your brownie points running to floor manager. The item.has gone to St Gemmas but please check your item b4 leaving store. If you do see damaged items please take upto any till so they can put on rail as marked down & not at full price. Store Trinity Leeds.

I am regular customer to Primark and there has always been a fairly restricted mens section.
Today I can see the mens section and selection has been vastly reduced.
If Primark carry on at this rate the mens section will either be gone or so small it wont be worth visiting.

Absolutely appalling and unprofessional managment, who have very obviously not been trained in customer service. Staff treated appallingly. A complaint system that records complaints as feedback.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to Aisha Akhtar at the Manchester Town branch, who works in the fitting rooms. She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly and helpful. She recently helped me and made the whole experience really pleasant. Aisha is a real asset to the team and deserves to be recognised for her great customer service! 🌟

Wir fahren extra eineinhalb Stunden zum Primark und sind einfach jedes Mal extrem begeistert!
Ein riesiges Lob dafür, dass ihr auch moderne Kleidung in 3XL-Größen anbietet. Auch das Spielzeug ist im Preisvergleich einfach unschlagbar günstig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Stalked from start to finish by their so called "Security" on a recent visit to the Liscard store. From the moment I entered the store the guard latched onto me and followed me around watching my every move. Absolutely disgusted with the way I witnessed this intimidating behavior.
Their "contract security firm" is doing them no favors, as they seem to be trained to follow customers in the most obvious and intrusive way possible, appearing at the end of every aisle.
It got to the point where I had to leave the store as I felt that uncomfortable browsing whilst someone was watching over my shoulder. And even then I was given one last "scowl" as he scanned the shopping mall where I was waiting outside for my family to complete their purchase.
I feel sorry for any female customers who may be unknowingly subjected to this kind of stalking and harassment. I dread to think how close up and personal these people get in the CCTV room.
Definitely a store I will be sure to avoid in future!
Communication to CS failed, they wanted receipts and date / times to pass on to these people!
No thanks, I'll take my custom elsewhere in future.

Having items as click and collect exclusive in primark uk is a joke. Just because an item is too niche means it’s not important enough to go out on shelves. Ireland Pennys (primark) does not have a click and collect option so we just have no way of getting these items because primark deems them as not important enough when people are very clearly asking for them in the first place. Irish Pennys is the original company I don’t understand why we can’t also get these items
