Gemma was so flexible with our needs when it came to selling our home, we weren’t sure exactly when we would want to list our home and Gemma helped us with preparing the photos and getting all of the marketing ready ahead of time. When we were ready to market Gemma guided us through the process brilliantly, keeping us informed along the way. The property launch went very smoothly and we agreed a sale just over a week of being on the market, and at over asking price.

Gemma’s knowledge has been key in selling our home for the best price possible, and we would recommend her and Preston Baker enthusiastically.

I contacted Preston Baker regarding the sale as I'd had faultless service from the company in the past when my property was rented out through them before the letting arm was sold to Linley & Simpson.
