Gary was our mortgage advisor and he has been great! As first-time buyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor. He has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. At the beginning the whole process naturally felt overwhelming, but he explained everything clearly, gave us great advice, and made the whole process feel so much less.

Peter Dickinson was the most helpful stakeholder in the entire transaction (as you'd expect, the solicitors always fall short!). He took the time to understand what I'm looking to buy, my finances and preferences for the repayment. My property is rather small and not all the lenders are willing to mortgage it. Pete found the best mortgage on the market and also nudged the Estate Agents to speed up the process from their end when it slowed down. Due to a big delay from my solicitors side, we nearly missed the mortgage expiry date and that put the transaction at risk. Pete was super responsive and very helpful in arranging an extension with the bank and making sure everything is ready for completion. Thanks Pete! Will be a few years till my next property but more than happy to work with you again.
