THIS CO IS A JOKE. I PAY DOYUBLE CAR PAYMENTS MONTHLY ABLOUT $600 A MONTH. THEY HAVE PUT ALL TWORDS PRINCIPAL IN THE YR I BEEN WITH THEM EXCEPT FOR $7 THAT HAS GONE TO ACTUAL PASYMENT THEY ATRE BEING SUED AND I TJHINK THIUS MAY BE A REEASON WHY THEY TELL U WHAT U WANT TO HEAR THEN DO DIFFRENTLY SCAMMING THIEIVING LIARS

I had nothing but hassle from this company for years. They even broke a court order after a lot of years going through the Financial Ombudsman; the interest was wiped off the loan.
After keeping up payments for a long time and falling less than a payment behind, this company was sending people around my house again, doubling the arrears.
do not touch this company you will have nothing but years of hassle being ripped off , they are a nightmare

Initial impression was of a helpful person,
That turned to nasty overnight and soon I was down their rabbit hole being insulted, lied to and then ultimately attempted robbery as far as I'm concerned and that's turning a £20 a month contract into a multi thousand pounds demand, with no service ( they cut me off despite the fact I had never used it ), no merit (they took my number and would not give it back ) and no morals. However they have disappeared from my life I thank F every day for it. Do not entertain this company in any way. Get on with your life, do your own shopping, never answer a sales call from them.

After a couple of months of no word I have received another email from a solicitor on Prestige Telecoms behalf now asking to settle a £600 bill. The nightmare continues

Their system cancelled my direct debit. Prestige did not make me aware of this for 8 months. I then received threatening letters along with multiple charges added to my account. They put my account into arrears and would not accept liability even though my bank confirmed in writing to them and myself it was their error. I wanted to pay the loan off and get these clowns out of my life and Prestige refused to remove the arrears so I had a clean credit profile. They refused to remove the £600 charges they applied for their error.
The staff are rude, threatening, intimidating, untrained, demotivated. I finally paid off my loan and they are gone. I have reported them to the FCA. I hope this company goes under and takes every single member of staff with it. Prestige are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Avoid with your life.

Terrible company. Loan was sold form G.E. money a couple of years in . Since then they have demanded an increase in payment every month . They have also said we are likely to owe more when our loan term has ended , how is this possible? Don't use this company!!!!!

My loan is almost completed and they want £16000 in charges pressed in finance, an absolute joke

Prestige Finance is a Fraud and a thief. I took out a loan from the company and they used my information to borrower money against my property. I have finished making all payments towards the loan and they still threaten me saying I still owe them money. They Fraudulently wrote to my local council and also wrote threatening letters to my mortgage company that they are going to evict me from my property and was able get a large sum of money from my mortgage. Every time they just keep sending me threatening letters. I reported the fraud to the police but they still continue to do it. No one should browner money from
them!!! They are making my life a living hell, I am 73 years of age and I cannot take this harassment anymore. They are a fraud! Don’t be fooled by them.
