I cannot recommend Roy McBride highly enough. From start to finish, Roy has been absolutely amazing. He worked meticulously with me throughout the entire remortgage process, and I genuinely felt like I had a helping hand every step of the way.

The brokerage fees should be clearly defined upfront on what would exactly be charged to the customers rather than £0-£995 which leaves customers guessing it might as well be £0. We ended up paying £395.

There are options/brokers that work off of the commissions from the lenders. Or the banks/lender directly.

We rather chose to go with the lender directly, because better rates and no additional fees for the brokers.

The team made the process easy and stress-free for myself. They were able to answer every question i had. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
