I had a problem with the sizing of a garment I purchased. Greg made it right. The process was easy and Greg's communication with me was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
Update: I just received my replacement garment. Great service. Quick and easy on my part.

The quality of material is exactly what I was hoping for. The sweatshirt I ordered was a 3XL, and runs a bit tight. Could have went for a 4xl or a 3xlt. Just not the guy to call and complain about that. Was new to this brand and couldn’t go any bigger than 3xl. For that to be my only complaint, I’d say this company is doing well!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Do not order from them. On 3 t-shirts ordered, the logo wasn’t straight, with 1 being at least a size smaller than advertised. (L fits like M, possibly a S), and the hoodie fits like a L instead of an XL (all prior to being washed.). They have no phone number to contact them. I accidentally sent a photo of an item in my phone’s photo album while sending photos of the shirts, and they responded they don’t sell batteries to a photo of an air filter from a mower…Absolute Joke of a company, if you want to call it a company!

Helped me get a tax refund for a school purchase. Very helpful and smooth process.

I had 2 items in cart, went to checkout wouldn't recognize codes, my email, or my phone number.
Guess their business is booming and didn't need my purchase.
Went on to chat, also no help there whatsoever

I ordered two shirts, one a long sleeve and one a short sleeve. I ordered both in purple heather. The short sleeve shirt looks faded and old. The color of the long sleeve shirt is more of a deep purple, which I like, however I can't believe the difference in the colors considering they were both supposed to be purple heather. The long sleeve shirt is also very poor quality and almost see through. I will not be able to wear it without another shirt underneath. I wish I had done my research before ordering. I pay over $42 for the long sleeve shirt. I've purchased better quality shirts for half that price at a big box store. I WOULD NOT recommend and will NOT be buying from this company again. I will ask for a refund, but I do not count on any cooperation from this seller.

Quality not good on women shirts, I wear a 2x, this shirt fits like a small, too tight for my husband, he wears a xl! Also after washing, the paper on the back side of the letters flaked off, causing a lot of lint balls!

it's memorable to be there for the NHS senior night for the women's bball team and I really haven't back there to be on campus since the earlier 2000 yrs. decade and I've since graduation by the two confirmation 2002 and 2012yrs. ..

I don't recall the date but this was before the mid-winter break and I do not have any kinda complaints, I'm not like that ..

I placed an order with Prep Sportswear on 02/25/2025 for two college sweatshirts, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. They failed to put my full address on the shipping label, leaving my package stuck in USPS limbo for over a week with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, there is no way to call their customer service—you can only reach them via email or chat, which is incredibly inconvenient given the price they charge for their products. For what they charge, they should absolutely have live phone support to handle these kinds of issues.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are unreliable, make shipping mistakes, and don’t issue refunds, so if your package gets lost due to their negligence, you’re out of luck. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered the Fanthread hoodie. I am extremely happy with it. Good quality. It does run small, i normally wear a 3x so i ordered a 4x and it fit. I was originally worried about if it would be a good quality material, upon receiving it, I was very happy with the quality.

Excellent service. There were a few delays during the postal strike, and weather conditions. However the staff went beyond their customer support and in the end I received my order. I will definitely order from this company again.
