The shirt I ordered did not match the posted size chart dimension and was too small. I sent a chat over the weekend and received a prompt response on Monday morning. Greg helped walk me through exactly a size that I will need and created a replacement order for me. I could not have asked for more exceptional customer service and help from him. He was precise and to the point.

Ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being a little smaller than the expected. No issues upsizing as a complimentary exchange which was great and easy. Sometimes the hassle in returning things is frustrating. Item received and was happy with my overall purchase.

An error was made when I initially chose the design for my shirt. I accidentally placed an order for a shirt with nothing on the back.

I’m not sure how the error took place or whether or not it was my fault. Fortunately, I was provided with a free replacement. I even got the keep my initial order.

The customer service was better than great, and I am very happy with my second order, a T-shirt with my brother’s last name and number on the back and his graduation year and high school’s name on the front.

I will most definitely be placing more orders through Prep Sportswear. It is the best place to buy custom made HS sports clothing, and even though a mistake was made, it was a quickly rectified, exceeding my expectations.
