Ordered two pillows
Ordered two pillows - One each for my wife & I.
I couldn't get on with mine so have gone back to my Dunelm pillow that I was using before.

Not the same
So we stayed at the premier inn, the bed was incredibly comfy and we said we need one of these beds at home! Looked into it, realised we could order one, so thought yeah! Placed the order eagerly awaited it's arrival.
It is no where near as comfy. We wake up with a bad back and it's disappointing but now we're stuck with it because £899 is alot of money!
Delivery was easy to arrange and mattress removal was a good additional extra.

We understand how disappointing this must be, given the significant investment. Please do bear in mind that we make to order and it can take a little time for a new mattress to settle and relax, likewise for your own body to get used to something new. Perhaps if you persevere a little longer you will notice the change
