Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
It was easy to submit my claim online, it was approved very quickly. I was contacted by Perry's within a couple of days and car was booked in. Dropped car off at 9am and repair was completed by 11.30. Repair to alloys is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Getting an appointment to service shouldn’t be too long. I got a service scheduled in a months time couldn’t believe I have to wait 30 days to get my wheel fixed. Looks like GP appointment could be faster to get. Won’t be recommending to anyone in future

Simple and straightforward process, excellent repair
It was a relatively simple process to start the claim process by accessing an online form. Just had to take a number of photographs of the damage and submit with accompanying information.
Received early confirmation that the car would be booked in and that it would take just 2 days to complete the repair.
Easy to drop off the car and the whole process was straightforward. An excellent standard of repair too. Very pleased I took out the policy when I bought the car, money well spent.

Tyre replacement
All my contacts with the company were dealt with promptly. My claim was assessed very quickly and approval followed soon after. After my new tyre was fitted I submitted a claim for payment; this was approved within 24 hours with actual payment to hand two working days later.
