Was very good and quick look so nice

It was a relatively simple process to start the claim process by accessing an online form. Just had to take a number of photographs of the damage and submit with accompanying information.
Received early confirmation that the car would be booked in and that it would take just 2 days to complete the repair.
Easy to drop off the car and the whole process was straightforward. An excellent standard of repair too. Very pleased I took out the policy when I bought the car, money well spent.

I made a claim on the 17/7/26, my car had been stolen and while Admiral had settled right away there was outstanding finance. Contacted Premia Solutions, initially they were great, organised a suitable courtesy car.

However the process to make the actual claim is incredibly long winded. The paper work required is ridiculous. They then take 10 working days to make a decision. They decided what I had provided wasn’t enough and they want to assess my car keys which are with Admiral insurer. My car was stolen from outside my house. The key was cloned, so I don’t know what more they could possibly need. But on the 2th of August we still wait on a decision, my credit file has been marked for the outstanding finance. Needless to say I won’t be using them again.

Brandon Kruger was so skilled and professional. He explained what he was doing and made the alloy look like new again. Such a friendly and helpful member of the Smart Repair team.
