Have changed this review to a more positive rating since PK’s quick reply. Credit where due Daniel was very helpful and processed the inspection and refund same day rather than waiting for the standard 5 day inspection. Customer service excellent, just a shame the product had the fault , otherwise would have scored 5

Great customer support from James. I had an issue with my CT8 which was resolved without any fuss despite the cart being over 3 years old. I’m now back up and running and appreciating the benefit of a quality and essential golfing accessory. Thank you James!

Absolutely fantastic after sales service!! I spoke with Tanya who was so helpful, efficient and kind. The part that I required (I bolt I had stupidly lost!) identified and issued same day. Brilliant. Will never buy anything other than a PowaKaddy now!

The only thing I can say. Is if you buy a Powacaddy. Pray it doesn’t go wrong.
Dealing with the support centre is awful. They had trouble finding the fault on my new CT8. Said it was fixed twice when it wasn’t. Did not believe me or the retailer when we said it wasn’t working. In the end had to make a video of the unit misbehaving for them to believe me. And understand the issue.
The manager of the department spoke to me like I was a criminal or something. A terrible experience all around. Thank goodness for Westridge golf centre and their support with out them I’d have a £900 trolley in my shed not working.
If you buy one of these pray it don’t go wrong. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I did receive a goodwill gesture. It was minuscule compared to having a complete two day golf trip ruined.
The goodwill gesture was not worthy of acceptance and the way I was spoken to was out of order totally and not believing me or the dealer that it was not fixed was out of order too.
You need to listen to the 3rd call and justify how I was spoken to.
Giving one star was too generous.

Reported problem with my battery Monday 02/03 by email - received reply later that day - after preliminary discussions etc it was decided that the battery required to be examined - James then arranged for DPD to collect same - which duly happened as arranged on the 6th March - on the following Friday I received a new battery.
All in all it was very smooth process and the efficient & pleasant manner in which James dealt with same was an excellent example of customer care/ service

My powcaddy CT6 fell over in transit and thought screen was cracked.. emailed to ask advice and Sam was excellent. Unaware screen has a protective cover already so once removed realised and relieved no cracks.
So Thankyou Sam and Powcaddy customer care .

Firstly I would say the customer service dept. Is 5*.
But my 1st battery on my CT6 lasted approximately 2.5-3yrs. This was promptly changed under warranty. But the replacement has only lasted the same amount of time 5.5 years overall for two batteries. My bag and clubs are on average 17 kg. My golf is basically flat. I probably play 100 rounds a year overall.
I know Powakaddy give a 5 yr warranty, but all I keep reading is that on average a battery can last 8 yrs!
I religiously charge the battery after every round even after 9 holes.
Powakaddy said they don’t know why the cells have failed.
Just purchased new very expensive battery. Let’s see how long this lasts?

100% customer care had a couple of issues with my power caddy, returned twice each time technical department dealt with my issues in an efficient way.
Was away on holiday and asked for them to hold my delivery until my return. DPD delivered today so cant ask for more. Thanks all great service.

Just had to use the warranty on my powakaddy trolley, only a couple of weeks left of it but the touch screen was on the blink. No discussion no argument Daniel and James both helped me to get the piece back to them and the guys turned it round in less than a week. Everything working and one happy customer. Great service very professional highly recommended super guys.

I had a problem with my CT8 losing the ability to pick up a gps signal. My trolley is outside of the warranty period but, Sam was superb in emailing me the detailed instructions and data files I needed all within a few minutes of my call. This enabled me to reset and upload them directly to the handle unit and after about an hour I was back up and running again. Brilliant customer service. Thanks Sam!

I purchased a powakaddy dry tech golf bag from my club's golf shop towards the end of 2024. Initially I was very happy with it's performance and look. All of my equipment stayed dry and there was plenty of room for all my gear. However towards the end of 2025 When lifting the bag from my car I noticed that the pocket at the top was open and tees were spilling out. When I had collected them back up and went to close the zip I found that the zipper was missing and could not be found anywhere. I contacted powakaddy to tell them but as I had owned the bag for just over 12 months they said that it was out of warranty and they would do nothing about it. Since that time both of the zips on the large pockets on the sides of the bag have failed. I contacted powakaddy to let them know as clearly the zips were faulty and this was likely to be a recurring problem for them but again I was told the warranty was for only one year. I am now very disappointed and annoyed that they would not listen to my complaints and did not seem to be concerned that they might have a greater problem than just my bag. I was advised that I should pursue a "not fit for purpose" claim but based on my experience so far I think this will be just a waste of more of my time.

The manufacturer should warm potential buyers. These wheels are not suitable for clay based heavy soil. The wheels act like a rolled snowball until the whole wheel is thickly encased in mud, inside and out in next to no time. I had to stop several times to use a knife to try to clear them during a match. My husband and my trolley batteries drained quickly and the speed slowed down. The mud removed at the end of the game from both sets filled two 5 gallon buckets. Other local users we know hate them too, for the same reason. Definitely not fit for purpose on our local courses. We asked the supplier for a refund. No luck there. Sold on eBay in the hope the buyers have better luck than us.

Bought Powakaddy ThermaMitts couldn’t get Power Bank to switch them on
Phoned Powakaddy customer support late Friday afternoon the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful explaining what the problem could be and would send me a cable which would resolve it
Saturday morning the cable arrived and bingo everything working
Fantastic customer support less than 24 hours well done team can recommend them

Issue with battery which was registered and under warranty. POWAKADDY support is top notch. Efficient, supportive and with clear and precise communication. Daniel & James in the Customer Service team were superb in dealing with my query and issue resolved promptly to satisfaction. Would highly recommend PK for their quality products and superb customer service if needed.

My trolley battery, (almost out of guarantee), had a charging issue. I contacted Sam at PowaKaddy and he immediately set up a collection for the battery. I sent the battery off and within a week it was returned to me in a fully functioning state. Daniel explained fully the issue and answered my questions quickly and very politely.
Daniel and Sam were a pleasure to deal with from the start to finish of this issue and I would highly commend them as PowaKaddy employees and highly recommend PowaKaddy themselves for their excellent service. Well done all at PowaKaddy!
