unfortunately the poster was very very low DPI, (very blurry), very low quality.
We’ve been working with Posterazzi for many years. They are a great vendor, reliable, and easy to work with. We truly enjoy the partnership and confidently recommend their products.
I didn't receive the confirmation email but within a week I received a tracking number from my local (Belgium) postal service and everything went very smoothly.
The poster is of great quality. Very happy with my purchase.
I made a sizeable order with posterazzi.com on 28.07.25 and it is now 12.10.25, almost 3 months later and i have not received my items.
All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.
If i could give them no stars i would.
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THAT TOOK HAS NOT REFUNDED ME
Ordered a poster. Didn't get a confirmation email. After a day, sent an email to the address listed on their site. After no response I called the phone number on the site, which went straight to VM even during business hours. After several calls and emails from August 19th purchase until September September 4th, I received a package. It was the wrong image and a poorly printed reproduction of that incorrect image at that.
I emailed again wanting to send it back for a refund. Then left another voicemail. On Sep 18th, they finally replied for the first time with an email that said I needed to go to the USPS and ask them to return the package to sender for a refund. No return label or arranged pick up from my home for the inconvenience.
After explaining to the desk clerk at USPS the next day, I'm still waiting on October 9th for that refund or any response.

I ordered a poster for Father's Day. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, but I had given plenty of lead time. The emails they sent as confirmation of the purchase all appeared in my junk folder because the system said they were "Unverified," which means, "We can't verify that this email came from the sender, so it might not be safe to respond to." Bit of a red flag right there. Once the poster arrived, the colors were not what had been shown on the screen. Specifically, the deep, rich reds were faded orange. Additionally, the poster was not cut to the correct size (27" x 40"), so it was too large to fit in the frame by between a 1/4" and a 1/2" either way. Attempts to email them resulted in no answer, phone calls go to a full voicemail box, and their chat button on the website is an advertisement for a company that sets up chat robots for companies. Needless to say, avoid these scammers, because if you have an issue, you will never hear from them!
I ordered a picture for my mothers birthday on March 8th 2024 on March10 it said UPS label made shipped. It was never delivered. I tried calling the number on the site and it has a message to leave a message. The messages were full and unable to leave a message. The recording also said to text the issue. I tried everyday and sent a new text approx 25 times. No response. I filled out a complaint on the website and no response. It is horrible to take money and not deliver the product. It is time consuming to get the money back and write a review. I did not want this to happen to another customer so I took the time to report the fraud to the BB and to my bank. I did not have the gift for my mothers bday. Please do no order from them unless you want to lose money and spend hours trying to get it back. I would have Zero stars but it does not allow for that.

Placed an order. Card was charged. No confirmation email. No response to email inquiry. Voicemail box full and can't take messages. Calls at multiple times on multiple days. Nope !
Filed a claim with my credit card company.

Absolutely awful experience. The poster I received was of shockingly bad quality—blurry, poorly printed, and not at all like what was advertised. To make matters worse, their so-called "returns policy" is a complete joke. I've been chasing them for over a month now, stuck in an endless loop of emails with nothing but broken promises. There's no customer service number, just an (gmail account) inbox that seems to be designed to wear you down until you give up. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!
